Location

The resort is located at the southern tip of the Raa Atoll. Transfers are via domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport (approx. 20 minutes). From there, you continue by speedboat (approx. 35 minutes) to the island. A seaplane transfer (approx. 35 minutes) can be booked on request and for an additional fee.

Opened in 2019, the resort features a total of 81 villas and residences. Amenities include a friendly reception area. A total of six restaurants and bars cater to your culinary needs. These include the "Lighthouse" restaurant featuring Mediterranean cuisine, the "Fish Market" restaurant combining local fish dishes with South-East Asian flavors, as well as Café Umi and a sunset bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are available free of charge at the infinity swimming pool, which includes an adults-only zone.

Beach Pool Villa

The modern Beach Pool Villas (145 m² including outdoor area) are equipped with a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a terrace with a private pool (VPZ).
Rooms with direct access to the pool/ocean pose an increased potential danger for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

Same facilities as the Beach Pool Villas (approx. 150 m²), built on stilts over the water with direct access to the lagoon. The Lagoon Beach Pool Villas offer a 360° view (B2E).

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers during the seaplane transfer.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Excluded are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).

Most rooms in the Maldives are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it may be the case that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.
