Location

Awarded the "World's Leading Luxury Private Island Resort 2021 Award," this 5-star luxury resort is situated in the still largely untouched Raa Atoll and is surrounded by a stunning sandy beach approximately 1.5 km long. The 20-hectare island offers diverse opportunities to enjoy your holiday your way. The house reef is right on your doorstep, providing the perfect starting point for a unique diving or snorkeling experience.
Transfer is by domestic flight (approx. 40 minutes) from Malé to Ifuru, followed by a 25-minute speedboat ride. Transfer by seaplane (approx. 40 minutes) is available at an additional charge.
For all arrivals until 31.10.25: Transfer time is approximately 40 minutes by seaplane.

Facilities

The hotel, newly opened in August 2019, features a total of 120 villas in various categories. Guests are welcomed in an open reception area. For culinary delights, there are four restaurants: The main restaurant, "Aqua," located directly on the beach, offers daily changing themed evenings, including Mediterranean, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, and vegetarian specialties at various live cooking stations. The "Beach Club Grill Restaurant," also directly on the beach, delights guests with a selection of fresh fish, seafood, meat, and vegetarian dishes. A pasta and pizza station is also available at the Beach Pool Bar. The "Asian Restaurant" offers Asian specialties in the heart of the resort, and the "Amazónico Restaurant" prepares Central and South American specialties in an open kitchen. A bar in the main restaurant and the beach bar provide refreshments throughout the day.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool.

Beach Villa

The Beach Villas, with a size of approximately 176 m² (including outdoor area), offer a lot of privacy and are very modernly furnished. They feature a bathroom, walk-in shower/WC, outdoor shower, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, 2 flatscreen TVs (one in the bathroom), telephone, safe, air conditioning, ceiling fan, minibar (daily refill with soft drinks, beer, and water included), coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace. Jacuzzi Beach Villa

With the same amenities and size as the Beach Villa, featuring a private Jacuzzi on the terrace. (2JV)

Water Villa

The Water Villas (W1V/W2V) have similar amenities and size (approx. 176 m²) to the Beach Villa, built on stilts over the water, and can also be booked with a private pool or alternatively with a private whirlpool at an additional charge.

Marina Beach Villa Pool

With the same amenities as the Beach Villa Pool, these villas are located directly on the jetty to the marina and seaplane landing area. (BVZ)

All meals are served buffet-style or à la carte (depending on occupancy) at the main restaurant "Aqua." Alternatively, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed à la carte at the "Beach Club Grill," or dinner as a set menu at "Amazónico" and "Le Asiatique" (prior reservation is required for both; not all dishes are included in Deluxe AI). A selection of soft drinks, water, tea/coffee, house wine, house beer, and cocktails are served from 10 am to midnight at the Sunset Bar.

Speedboat: Operation for estimated arrival/departure between 5 am and 11 pm. // Domestic flight: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9:30 am and 4 pm. // Seaplane: Operation for arrivals/departures between 9 am and 3 pm.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may involve 1-2 stopovers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or extended immigration waiting times (in these cases, our local agency will arrange for an overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), and currently most domestic flights, only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a double occupancy with 1 or 2 children, there may only be one or two large beds available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child has to sleep in the parents' bed.
