Location

The new resort in the Raa Atoll is situated on a private island of approx. 7 hectares with lush vegetation and around 1.2 km of sandy beach. Surrounded by a turquoise lagoon with one of the most beautiful coral reefs in the Maldives.
Transfers are provided via domestic flight (approx. 40 minutes) from Malé to Ifuru, followed by a 5-minute speedboat ride. Seaplane transfers (approx. 45 minutes) can be booked for an additional charge.
For all arrivals until 31.10.25: The seaplane transfer takes approx. 45 minutes.

The island features 80 luxurious villas, including 38 beach villas and 42 water villas. The resort offers five culinary venues. From the all-day "Aqua Restaurant" with an international buffet to "the Beach Club Grill" with a wide selection of fresh fish, seafood, meat, and vegetables from the stone grill. For dinner, "The Carnivorous" offers exquisite traditional dishes from Central and South America, "Le Asiatique & Teppanyaki Grill Restaurant" serves culinary delights of the Orient, and "The Mediterraneo Restaurant" provides a unique Mediterranean experience over the water. The "Emerald Spa" is located in the center of the island and offers world-class treatments.

Beach Villa

All villas are tastefully furnished and feature a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, direct-dial telephone, an air-conditioned bathroom with shower and bathtub, outdoor shower and separate toilet and bidet, hairdryer, bathrobes, a dressing room and walk-in closet, safe, tea/coffee maker, minibar (replenished daily), air conditioning, and a ceiling fan (2BV).
The Beach Villas are approx. 120 m² in size.

Beach Villa Pool

With the same features as the Beach Villas, additionally equipped with a private pool (4x6 m) (VPZ).
The Beach Villas with private pool are approx. 172 m² in size.

Water Villa Pool

With the same features as the Beach Villas, additionally equipped with a private pool (8x3 m). The water villas are located on stilts over the water and are approx. 172 m² in size (WVP). Also available on the sunset side for an additional charge (W2Z).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for small children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the Sunset Pool and Bar and the Eclipse Bar.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers during seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this must be borne by the guest. This excludes changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or longer waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
