Location

The island is located in the still almost untouched Raa Atoll and is surrounded by a dreamlike white sandy beach. The transfer from Malé International Airport takes approximately 45 minutes by seaplane.

The modern resort features a total of 109 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with a reception area and seating, as well as a boutique and a communal lounge. Culinary needs are catered for by a total of six restaurants and a bar. The "H2O by Andrea Berton" underwater restaurant offers a unique Michelin-starred dining experience, "The Sand" restaurant serves sophisticated international cuisine, the "Rising" restaurant offers Japanese specialties, "La Pasta" is a beach restaurant with Italian cuisine, and the "Sushi Bar" is located directly by the sea. Additionally, the resort has a pool with a whirlpool. Sun loungers and bath towels are available free of charge on the island.

Lagoon Villa

The Lagoon Villa is approx. 55 m² and features a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, ceiling fan, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, and a furnished terrace with direct access to the sea. The villas are located on the sunrise side. (VA2)

Lagoon Suite

With the same features and size as the Lagoon Villa, the Lagoon Suite is located on the sunset side (VB2). Also available with a private pool for an additional charge (V2B).

Beach Suite with Pool

With the same features as the Lagoon Villa, the Beach Suite with Pool is larger (approx. 85 m²) and additionally features a bathtub and a private pool (KR2).

Aqua Suite with Slide

With the same features as the Villa Type A, the Aqua Suite with Slide is larger (approx. 65 m²) and additionally features a bathtub and a private slide into the sea. The Aqua Suite with Slide is located on the sunrise side (W2C).

Breakfast in the main restaurant. Lunch and dinner can be taken in selected à-la-carte restaurants (the H2O restaurant is not included). Afternoon snacks, cake, tea, and coffee from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as water, soft drinks, juices, beer, house wine, cocktails, and mocktails from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at the respective open bar. Daily replenishment of the minibar with selected beverages (water and soft drinks). Additionally, the use of non-motorized water sports is included (canoe, paddle, snorkeling equipment). Premium All-inclusive

In addition to All Inclusive, the daily replenishment of the minibar with beer, wine, prosecco, and snacks is included. A Sunset Fishing excursion (subject to change) is also included. Furthermore, guests receive Sunset Canapés by the Sunken Table. Additionally, a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach, a cooking class (ethnic or Italian), a 50-minute spa treatment, as well as two personal training sessions (yoga/pilates) are included.

Speedboat: Operation for anticipated arrivals/departures from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM // Domestic flight: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM // Seaplane: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers for seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or longer waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
The luggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is generally delivered later by boat.

In the Maldives, sinks or bathtubs/whirlpools may be integrated openly into the general living area of the hotel room without spatial separation.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed! An extra bed cannot be guaranteed in advance and is allocated on-site subject to availability.
