Location

The island is located in the almost untouched Raa Atoll and is surrounded by a dreamlike white sandy beach. The transfer from Malé International Airport by seaplane takes approximately 45 minutes.

The modern resort features a total of 109 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with reception and seating areas, as well as a boutique and a shared lounge. There are six restaurants and a bar available for your dining needs. The "H2O by Andrea Berton" underwater restaurant offers a unique Michelin-starred dining experience, "The Sand" restaurant offers sophisticated international cuisine, the "Rising" restaurant features Japanese specialties, "La Pasta" serves as a beach restaurant with Italian cuisine, and the "Sushi Bar" is located directly by the sea. Additionally, the resort has a pool with a whirlpool. Sun loungers and beach towels are available on the island free of charge.

Lagoon Villa

The Lagoon Villa is approx. 55 m² and features a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, ceiling fan, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, and a furnished terrace with direct access to the sea. The villas are located on the sunrise side. (VA2)

Lagoon Suite

With the same features and size as the Lagoon Villa, the Lagoon Suite is located on the sunset side (VB2). Also bookable with a private pool for an additional charge (V2B).

Beach Suite with Pool

With the same features as the Lagoon Villa, the Beach Suite with Pool is larger (approx. 85 m²) and additionally features a bathtub and a private pool (KR2).

Aqua Suite with Slide

The approx. 65 m² villas, built over the water, feature a king-size bed, bathroom with rain shower and bathtub for couples, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, TV, minibar, safe, coffee/tea maker, and a seating area with a sofa. On the spacious sun deck, there are sun loungers, direct access to the lagoon, and a private water slide. (W2C)

Breakfast in the main restaurant. Lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in selected à-la-carte restaurants (the H2O restaurant is not included). Afternoon snacks, cake, tea, and coffee from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages such as water, soft drinks, juices, beer, house wine, cocktails, and mocktails from 10:00 AM to midnight at the currently open bar. Daily replenishment of the minibar with selected drinks (water and soft drinks). Additionally, the use of non-motorized water sports is included (canoe, paddle board, snorkeling equipment). Daily replenishment of the minibar with beer, wine, prosecco, and snacks is also included. Furthermore, a Sunset Fishing excursion (subject to change) is included. Guests also receive Sunset Canapés by Sunken Table. Additionally, a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach, a cooking class (ethnic or Italian), a 50-minute spa treatment, as well as two personal training sessions (yoga/pilates) are included.

Speedboat: Operation for anticipated arrivals/departures from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM // Domestic flight: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM // Seaplane: Operation anticipated for arrivals/departures from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers during seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or longer waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will handle any necessary overnight accommodation).
The baggage limit for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for locally (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered later by boat.

In the Maldives, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools can be integrated openly without spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, it may be that only 1 or 2 large beds are available in total. Accordingly, it may happen that when 2 adults + 1 or 2 children are in a room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed! An extra bed cannot be guaranteed in advance and is assigned locally based on availability.
