Location

The SAii Lagoon Maldives-Curio Collection by Hilton is located in the North Male Atoll on an island 450 m long and 100 m wide, featuring beautiful white sandy beaches and tropical vegetation. Due to short transfer times and a variety of leisure activities on the island, it is perfect for Maldives beginners, honeymooners, and families. Male Airport is approximately 15 minutes away by speedboat.

Opened in June 2019, the resort features a total of 198 rooms and villas spread across the island and over the lagoon. Amenities include a reception and a souvenir shop. Culinary delights are provided by the main restaurant "Miss Olive Oyl" with an outdoor terrace, while the specialty restaurant "Mr Tom Yam" offers fusion cuisine with Thai influences. For refreshing drinks and snacks, there is a pool bar, the "bean/Co Café Bakery," and a snack bar. The pool with a view of the sea invites you to relax. Sun loungers and beach towels are included at the beach and pool. Unique is the proximity to the "Crossroads" Marina (less than 100 meters away), where various cafes, restaurants (e.g., Kalhu Odi), beach clubs, a duty-free shop, a water sports center, and much more await you.

Sky Room

These stylish, approx. 44 m² rooms are located on the upper floor and feature a bath or shower/WC, MIY-brand toiletries (customizable), hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, seating area, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, twin beds, and a balcony with sea view (rooms with a king bed can be booked upon request for an extra charge) (SY2).

Beach Room

With the same amenities as the Sky Studios (44 m²), located on the ground floor with a terrace and direct beach access (rooms with a king bed can be booked upon request for an extra charge) (UH2).

Beach Villa

With the same amenities as the Beach Rooms, detached and more spacious (60 m²), including a semi-open bathroom with an outdoor shower and bathtub (B2V).

Speedboat: Operations for expected arrival/departure from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. // Domestic flight: Operations for expected arrivals/departures from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. // Seaplane: Operations expected for arrivals/departures from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers during the seaplane transfer.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Malé must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. This excludes changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration (in these cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), as well as most domestic flights currently, are only conducted during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Malé may be necessary.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg of hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat at a later time.

In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed.
