Location

Fihalhohi is a secluded island in the Maldives archipelago, offering a quintessential island life experience. Perfectly situated on the southern edge of the Male Atoll, it is surrounded by pristine, crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. The lush greenery and hundreds of shady coconut palms lend the island a subtle atmosphere of seclusion, ideal for unwinding. This tropical island is covered in abundant vegetation and fringed by white sandy beaches.
The natural beauty of the house reef is just a few steps from the shore, offering an up-close experience with diverse marine life. Encounter amazing corals, colorful fish, and turtles; if lucky, you might even spot manta rays.
The distance from the international airport is approximately 29 km, with a travel time of about 45 minutes by speedboat.

Fihalhohi comprises a total of 150 rooms and villas. The hotel buildings are a maximum of two stories high, blending seamlessly with the abundant vegetation. Further hotel facilities include a reception and the main restaurant, Palm Grove, where all meals are served. Additionally, there are three bars available: the Fishermann's Bar, the Blue Lagoon Bar, and the Beach Bar, which are open at specific times. At Huvandhumaa Spa, you can relax with a massage or a beauty treatment of your choice.

Sky Room Deluxe - Speedboat

The cozy Sky Deluxe rooms are located on the top floor of the two-story buildings, just a few steps from the beach. They feature a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, telephone, Wi-Fi, centrally controlled air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony with a view of the palm trees (DD2, approx. 27 sqm).

Villa Room Garden View - Speedboat

These villa rooms offer approximately 28 sqm of space and are small semi-detached villas. Further amenities include a rental safe, air conditioning, fan, minibar (for a fee), hairdryer, shower/WC, slippers, and bathrobes (V2G).

Premium Beach Villa - Speedboat

The comfortable Premium Beach Villas are also semi-detached and located on the beautiful northern part of the island, featuring a terrace with doors opening to the beach. Further amenities include a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), rental safe, centrally controlled air conditioning, telephone, and Wi-Fi (VE2).

Deluxe Beach Room - Speedboat

With otherwise similar amenities to the Sky Deluxe Rooms, these are located on the ground floor of the two-story buildings and offer a terrace (X2M).

Water Villa - Speedboat

Regardless of where you are in these villas, the view is breathtaking. These villas feature a furnished terrace overlooking the sea and direct access to the lagoon via a small staircase. The furnished sun deck offers space for relaxation, and the bedroom opens up with a magnificent view of the lagoon (W2V). Other amenities are similar to the rooms/villas.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1-2 intermediate landings on seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or longer waiting times upon entry, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
In some areas, the sand on the north side may contain coral fragments; beach shoes are recommended.
