Location

The resort, part of the renowned Cinnamon group, opened in October 2019 and is located in the tranquil Vaavu Atoll, 67 km from Male. The house reef and the best dive sites in the region are easily accessible from the 5-hectare island. The speedboat transfer takes approximately 90 minutes. Seaplane transfers (approx. 25 minutes) are available on request for an additional charge.

The family-friendly complex features a total of 90 rooms and bungalows, spread across the island and on stilts over the water. The luxurious resort facilities include an open reception area with a seating lounge. For dining, there is the main restaurant offering international and national delicacies, as well as à la carte restaurants: "The Beach Grill" (reservation required) serving fresh fish, and "Iru Kitchen & Bar" (reservation required) with Southeast Asian specialties. Three different bars are also available. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are provided free of charge by the swimming pool.

Superior Beach Loft

Tastefully designed in natural tones and with natural materials, the Superior Beach Loft (approx. 79 m² incl. outdoor area) offers a relaxing retreat directly on the beach. The loft is located on the 2nd floor and offers a fantastic view of the turquoise blue water, a toilet/shower (1st floor), hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, minibar (for a fee), and tea/coffee making facilities. Beach Bungalow

With the same amenities as the Superior Beach Loft (approx. 65 m² incl. outdoor area), located on the ground floor of the two-story beach bungalows. These rooms offer direct access to the beach. (SBZ)

Water Bungalow

Same amenities as the Beach Bungalows, but larger (approx. 100 m²) and also with a bathtub. The rooms are built on stilts over the water with direct access to the sea. (2WB)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in buffet style at the main restaurant. Selected snacks are available in a small buffet form from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM (on request), from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and from 10:30 PM to 11:30 PM (on request). Selected local alcoholic beverages (beer, house wine, local spirits, a selection of cocktails and mocktails daily) and non-alcoholic beverages (water, soft drinks, canned juices, coffee, tea) are served by the glass from approximately 7:30 AM to midnight at the respective open bars.

Premium All Inclusive

In addition to All Inclusive, includes a bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival, daily minibar replenishment (beer, soft drinks, and various snacks), a selection of premium beverages, fresh fruit juices, milkshakes, and daily turn-down service with chocolate. Includes two selected excursions and one beach dinner per stay. For stays of 5 nights or more, guests also receive a 60-minute spa treatment.

Hotel-independent transfer information:
Speedboat: Operates for estimated arrivals/departures between 5 AM and 11 PM // Domestic flight: Operates for arrivals/departures between 9:30 AM and 4 PM // Seaplane: Operates for arrivals/departures between 9 AM and 3 PM.
Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
Seaplane transfers may include 1-2 intermediate stops.
For arrivals/departures outside the above times, in case of bad weather, or extended immigration waiting times, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.
In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. For a double occupancy with 1 or 2 children, there may be only one or two large beds available in total. Accordingly, it is possible that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, one child may have to sleep in the parents' bed. Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location), and currently most domestic flights, only operate during daylight hours. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be required.
