Location

The hotel is located in the center of Hikkaduwa directly on the beach. Due to corals in the water, swimming opportunities directly at the hotel are somewhat limited; swimming shoes are recommended. The nearest long sandy beach with good swimming conditions is approximately 5 minutes away. Colombo airport is approximately 150 km away.

The well-maintained hotel complex comprises 150 comfortably furnished rooms spread across four floors. Amenities include an inviting lobby with reception, lobby bar, and lounge, an elevator, and three restaurants. In the spacious outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and pool bar. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are available to guests at the pool free of charge.

With the same facilities as the Superior room, these are located on the upper floors (DMU/DME).
