The Siddhalepa Ayurveda Health Resort in Wadduwa combines over 200 years of Ayurvedic tradition with a quiet beach location and an expansive tropical garden. The approximately 50 rooms are located in low-rise buildings that are harmoniously grouped around the freshwater pool, creating a relaxed atmosphere. The focus is on the Ayurveda center, which is managed by qualified doctors and therapists thanks to its close connection to the resort's own Siddhalepa Ayurveda Hospital. Treatments are based on a detailed initial consultation, including dosha determination, and are adjusted daily during the stay. Traditional treatments such as Abhyanga oil massages, Shirodhara forehead oil treatments, herbal compresses, herbal steam baths, and Ayurvedic saunas are used, complemented by yoga and meditation to promote inner balance.
The Ayurvedic cuisine follows the individual dietary recommendations of the doctors and focuses on vegetarian, dosha-appropriate dishes with many herbs, spices, and fresh ingredients. It supports cleansing, regeneration, and inner balance, just as the therapeutic part of the cure does.
The resort thus offers a holistic retreat where medically sound Ayurveda therapy, a natural environment, and soothing tranquility merge into a harmonious, sustainable wellness experience.
