The hotel is located in the vibrant center of Chaweng and is separated from the public, fine sandy beach only by the coastal road. The transfer time from Koh Samui Airport is approximately 20 minutes.

The modern hotel consists of two 4-story buildings on both sides of the road that leads through the popular resort of Chaweng. The Lake Wing in the rear section has 32 rooms, while the modern Ocean Wing with 61 rooms is located directly by the sea. Additional amenities include a lobby with a reception and an à-la-carte restaurant. The outdoor area features two swimming pools with an integrated children's pool and a pool bar. Sunshades, bath towels, and sun loungers are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The renovated Lake Wing rooms (approx. 30 m²) feature wooden floors, bathtub/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV (DW), minibar (for a fee), and a safe. These rooms do not have a balcony. (LW2/LW1)

The Ocean Wing rooms (approx. 32 m²) are also renovated and feature the same amenities as the Lake Wing rooms, with the addition of a bathtub or shower, a balcony or terrace, and a location closer to the sea. (OW2/OW1)
