Located directly on the 300 m long, beautiful beach in Maenam, in the north of Koh Samui. A few restaurants and entertainment options are within walking distance. The lively town of Chaweng can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. The transfer time from Koh Samui Airport is approximately 20 minutes.

The exclusive luxury resort, nestled in an approximately 9-hectare palm garden, has a total of 96 rooms spread across a main building and 86 detached villas. Amenities include a lobby with a reception and seating area, four restaurants serving Thai and international dishes as well as fish and seafood specialties, two lounge bars, a boutique, a souvenir shop, and a library. In the beautifully landscaped garden area, you will find a large freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, pool bar, and sun terrace. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Duplex Suite

Located in the main building (approx. 62 m²), these suites span two floors and are divided into a living room and a separate bedroom. They are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, telephone, safe, satellite TV, DVD player, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony with pool and garden views. Daily fresh fruit, water, and a daily newspaper are included (S2X).
Available with two separate bedrooms for an extra charge (S22).

Deluxe Garden Villa

The luxurious, detached villas (approx. 60 m²) are located in the tropical garden, just a few meters from the sea, and offer the same amenities with a terrace and wonderful garden views (DV2).

Deluxe Garden Villa Plunge Pool

These villas have the same amenities, are located closer to the sea (approx. 115 m²), and additionally feature a private plunge pool on the terrace and a small inner courtyard (VB2).

Deluxe Beachfront Villa

Features the same amenities as the Deluxe Garden Villa but is more spacious (approx. 65 m²), detached, and has sea views (2BO).

Grand Reserve Pool Villa

The approximately 250 m² villa features a shower/WC and a bathtub, tea/coffee maker, safe, a furnished terrace, and a private pool (2YT).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.

Grand Deluxe Pool Villa

Same as the Grand Reserve Pool Villa, but approximately 285 m² (2YX).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for young children.

Deluxe Pool Villa

Same amenities as the Deluxe Garden Villa, but more spacious (approx. 136 m²) and with a private pool (PVD).

BB/HB

Rich breakfast. If HB is booked, dinner is included as a buffet or set menu. Additionally, daily "Afternoon Tea" (complimentary snacks and drinks) is served in the lobby from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.
