This complex offers a stunningly beautiful garden area with many tropical flowers and trees, three swimming pools with a 55-meter-long slide, and a pool bar. Numerous walking paths connect the accommodations between the peaceful lagoon, and a direct path leads to the 200 m long section of "Bangtao Beach". The hotel's facilities include a lobby with a reception and lounge area. Culinary delights are offered by the 3 restaurants: “Miss Olive Oyl” with Mediterranean dishes, “Mr Tomyam” offering Thai-influenced cuisine and a bar, and “Terra & Mar” serving international cuisine. Furthermore, the hotel offers in-room dining with room service.

These rooms, while featuring the same amenities, are larger at approximately 54 m² and additionally include unlimited access to the Club Lounge. A la carte breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM, unlimited non-alcoholic beverages from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, coffee and tea from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, various snacks throughout the day, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi access within the lounge (2UY).
