The family-friendly complex has a total of 282 comfortable rooms spread over several buildings and offers a lobby with a reception, spacious communal areas, including a small shop for souvenirs and snacks, as well as a cozy lounge where families can relax.
For dining, the "Wai Wai" restaurant offers international dishes, and there is a beach restaurant serving fresh seafood and local specialties, a coffee shop, and the Wai Wai Bar, which serves refreshing drinks.
In the outdoor area, families will find plenty of space to play and relax. The hotel has two large pools. The adult pool "Emerald Splash" offers slides for those who are young at heart, while the kids' pool "Emerald Adventure" ensures the little guests have a great time. Furthermore, there are two bars where parents can enjoy cool drinks while the children splash in the water.
