Location

The resort is situated amidst mangrove forests and rubber plantations at a river estuary. Lam Ru National Park is approx. 5 minutes away and the center of Khao Lak is approx. 20 minutes away. The transfer time from Phuket International Airport is approx. one hour.

Facilities

This new luxury resort with rustic charm features a total of 231 rooms and villas. Amenities include a lobby with reception and seating areas, as well as a library and a mini-mart. A total of three restaurants and three bars provide for your culinary well-being. The "Maluka" restaurant offers Thai specialties, while the "Beach Restaurant & Bar" offers Thai and Mediterranean cuisine and is located directly at the infinity pool. Enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine at the "Gin Teppanyaki" restaurant or a fresh coffee at the "T-Cafe". You will also be well catered for in the spacious pool landscape via the integrated swim-up bar. Sun loungers, sun umbrellas, and pool towels are available at the pools free of charge.

Deluxe Room

The deluxe rooms are approx. 43 m² and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, bathtub, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, coffee/tea maker, minibar (for a fee), balcony with seating, and garden or pool view (DD2/DD1).

Grand Deluxe

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, the Grand Deluxe rooms are slightly larger (approx. 45 m²) and the bathtub is located on the balcony. The rooms feature garden or river views and are located on the first floor (GD/G1).

Deluxe Pool Access

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, the Deluxe Pool Access rooms are slightly larger (approx. 45 m²), are located on the ground floor, and feature direct pool access (DPA/PA1).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Pool Suite

With the same amenities as the deluxe rooms, the Pool Suites are larger (approx. 69 m²), are located on the ground floor, and feature a private pool (2PS).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
