Location

The modern and luxurious hotel complex is located directly on the beautiful, white sandy beach of Khao Lak. The dreamlike location invites you to enjoy long beach walks during an unforgettable sunset. Two of Thailand's most popular excursion destinations, Khao Lak National Park and the Similan Islands, can be reached in approximately 1 hour of transfer time. Phuket International Airport is about 90 minutes away by car.

The beach resort, newly built in 2022 by the popular AVANI chain, features a total of 272 rooms and suites. Hotel amenities include a spacious reception area with lobby, as well as a beautifully landscaped garden with a sun terrace and four expansive swimming pools with a water park. For your dining pleasure, a total of 4 restaurants are available: The "Elements" buffet restaurant with international cuisine (open from 6:30 AM – 10:30 PM), "The Beach House" beach restaurant featuring international cuisine and seafood (open from 11:00 AM – 10:30 PM), the "Aqua Juice" pool bar with delicious juices and tropical smoothies (open from 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM), the "Splash" pool bar with ice cream, pizza, drinks, and other snacks (open from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM), and "The Pantry" with coffee, pastries, salads, snacks, and fresh juices (open from 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM).

These modern-style double rooms (approx. 35m²) feature a king-size bed or two single beds, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 55-inch LED TV, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, minibar (for a fee), telephone, and a balcony with pool view (DD2).

Deluxe Pool Access

The Pool Access double rooms (approx. 50 m²) are designed in a modern style and offer the same amenities as the standard double rooms, but with direct access to a private terrace with a pool (DPA/PA1).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

2-Bedroom Family Suite

These modern-style family suites (approx. 106 m²) feature one bedroom with a king-size bed and one bedroom with two single beds, a separate living room with a dining area, bathtub and rain shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, 65-inch LED TV, safe, coffee/tea making facilities, Nespresso machine, minibar (for a fee), telephone, and a balcony with garden view (2F).

2-Bedroom Family Pool Suite

This modern-style 2-bedroom pool suite (approx. 165 m²) offers the same amenities as the family suites but is significantly more spacious and additionally includes a kitchenette, washing machine, and a generous terrace with a private pool (2WG).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.
