The exclusive hotel is located directly on the 800 m long, fine sandy private beach and, together with the JA Beach Hotel and the JA Lake View Hotel, forms JA The Resort. It is only approx. 30 minutes from the shopping promenade "Dubai Marina Walk" in Dubai Marina. A free shuttle bus runs to various malls, to Dubai Parks & Resorts, and to the "Gold Spice Souk" in Deira. The drive to Dubai Airport takes about 40 minutes.

The hotel has a total of 212 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with reception, various restaurants and bars (including Italian, Southeast Asian, Indian, Mexican, and daily changing theme buffets), a hairdresser, a jeweler, a beauty salon, and a shopping arcade. The extensive, beautifully landscaped gardens feature six temperature-controlled freshwater pools and one seawater pool (exclusively for The Residence Suite guests and Premium Suite guests of JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel), two separate children's pools, sun terraces, and two pool bars. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pools and on the beach. The pools of the JA Beach Hotel and JA Lake View Hotel can also be used.

The Junior Suites (JS2/JS1) are luxuriously and generously appointed and feature a large bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower/toilet, hairdryer, bathrobe, air conditioning, telephone, LED screen TV, free internet access, radio, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, safe, seating area, a sofa bed for children, and a balcony or terrace with a garden view.

For the younger guests, there is the Kids Club (ages 4-12) with childcare and entertainment in the morning and afternoon. It offers a wide entertainment program with many interesting activities such as dancing, puzzles, face painting, sand art, board games, and a daily evening buffet.
