The exclusive "JA Lake View Hotel" resort is in a quiet location, approximately 1 km away from the private "Jebel Ali Beach" (a buggy transfer is available). Together with its two neighboring hotels, the hotel forms the "JA The Resort" complex.
The famous Jumeirah Beach is approximately 26 km away. The Dubai Mall, with its numerous shopping and entertainment options, as well as the iconic Burj Khalifa, are also approximately 46 km away.
The distance to Dubai Airport is around 56 km.

The hotel is part of the exclusive "JA The Resort" at Jebel Ali Beach, which consists of the JA Beach Hotel, the JA Palm Tree Court, and the JA Lake View Hotel. A total of 348 rooms and suites offer luxurious comfort in an elegant style.
At the heart of the hotel is a stylish lobby with a 24-hour reception and comfortable seating areas. The international buffet restaurant 81 provides culinary experiences with live cooking stations and varied buffets. Additionally, the Smokin' Gun serves burgers and smoked meat specialties. For refreshments, the Vibe Pool Bar and the Family Pool Bar are available. Please note that individual restaurants and bars may be temporarily closed due to seasonal or operational reasons. Currently, the Indian restaurant Kinara by Vikas Khanna, the gastro-pub RePUBlik, the Bibé Rooftop Lounge, the Lobby Lounge, and the Signature Lounge are not in operation.
The modern outdoor area includes three swimming pools, including a family pool and an adults-only pool with a swim-up pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available to guests free of charge at both the pool and the beach. The hotel also has its own 9-hole golf course. The pools at the JA Beach Hotel and JA Palm Tree Court can also be used (with the exception of the seawater pool at the JA Palm Tree Court).

At the "Blue Ocean Sports" water sports center, guests can experience a variety of motorized and non-motorized water sports activities. In addition to beach volleyball, tennis, squash, badminton, mini-golf, horse riding, cycling, and archery, a 9-hole golf course is also available.
For all-inclusive guests, activities such as windsurfing, dinghy sailing, and kayaking are included at certain times, subject to availability.

Children's program

For younger guests, the "Pirates & Mermaids" Kids Club (ages 4–12) offers a varied supervision and animation program in the morning and afternoon.
