The two spectacular and interconnected glass towers house the ADDRESS Beach Resort hotel, as well as residential units and apartments.
They were built directly on the fine sandy private beach between Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marina, with access to "The Walk" and its numerous attractions and shopping opportunities, perfectly combining seaside relaxation with a modern lifestyle.

The Address Beach Resort treats its guests to a diverse culinary selection across 10 restaurants. "The Restaurant" offers an award-winning concept with international dishes in various stylish areas, including an outdoor terrace overlooking Jumeirah Beach. Right by the sea, the "Beach Grill" invites you to enjoy fresh grilled dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. For special moments, the rooftop restaurant "ZETA Seventy Seven" on the 77th floor offers Asian-inspired seafood and an impressive panoramic view over Dubai. Enjoy light snacks and elegant drinks in the stylish "Lounge". Furthermore, a selection of Mediterranean, Italian, Chinese, and seafood restaurants complements the diverse range, ensuring there is something for every taste.
Located in an inviting setting, the complex features four swimming pools, including an infinity pool on the roof terrace (for guests aged 21 and over; the pool is also open to younger guests from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM). Bali beds, sun loungers, sunshades, and pool towels are available free of charge by the pools.
For our younger guests, the Qix Club and Splash Pad provide plenty of fun. Furthermore, the hotel features a shopping arcade with a souvenir shop, boutique, jewelry shop, and a hair salon.

Deluxe Sea View Double Room

The Deluxe Sea View Double Rooms (DDM/DM1) feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Marina City View Double Rooms, but with a spectacular view of the sea and the magnificent sandy beach.

Club Marina City View Double Room

The modern and spacious Deluxe Marina City View Double Rooms (CD/CDE) are approximately 45 m² and feature a bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe/slippers, air conditioning, minibar, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a spectacular view over Dubai Marina.
Additionally, guests receive the following amenities:
- Breakfast in "The Lounge" or "The Restaurant" from 6:30 AM to 11:00 AM
- Buffet lunch in "The Restaurant" from 12:30 PM to 3:00 PM with selected alcoholic beverages
- From 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, various snacks and drinks either with a wonderful view from the 77th floor "ZETA Seventy Seven" (adults only) or in the family-friendly "The Beach Grill" area.
