The 28-hectare resort comprises three areas – Arabian Court, The Palace, and The Residence – offering a total of a variety of stylishly furnished rooms and suites. 157 elegant rooms and 10 Signature Suites in the Arabian Court, 221 luxurious accommodations in The Palace, and 48 rooms designed in traditional Arabian style and 2 pool villas in The Residence (for guests aged 12 and over).

The Palace Manzil Double Rooms (D/DE) have the same size and amenities as the Palace Superior Double Rooms. Guests of Palace Manzil rooms also enjoy the following benefits:

- Daily afternoon tea at 3 PM and 5 PM
- Evening drinks (6 PM and 8 PM)

Arabian Court Deluxe Double Room

The artfully designed Arabian Court Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) are approximately 50 sq m and feature a bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, a king-size bed, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea and coffee making facilities, and a private balcony or terrace.
The rooms are located in the Arabian Court.

Arabian Court Two Bedroom Deluxe

The Arabian Court Two Bedroom Deluxe (DDB) consists of two interconnected Arabian Court Deluxe Rooms. One of the rooms is equipped with a king-size bed, while the second room features two queen-size beds.
The rooms have two bathrooms, each with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet. Furthermore, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, tea and coffee making facilities, minibar (for a fee), and a private balcony or terrace.
The rooms are located in the Arabian Court.

Residence Prestige Double Room

The Residence Prestige Double Rooms (2P/1P) are approximately 58 sq m, luxuriously furnished and decorated with exquisite fabrics, carved arches, and colorful mosaics. The bathroom is finished in wood, marble, and slate and features a separate shower, bathtub, bidet, separate toilet, bathrobes, and a hairdryer. Further room amenities include a telephone, satellite TV, radio, minibar, safe, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace.
The rooms are located in The Residence.

Residence Junior Suite

The Residence Junior Suites (JS2/JS1) feature the same amenities as the Prestige Double Rooms and are approximately 85 sq m in size. Additionally, the junior suites have a living area with Majlis-style seating and a separate dining table, as well as a beautiful garden view from the furnished balcony.
