Location

The 5-star One&Only The Palm Dubai hotel is located on the western arc of the famous Palm Jumeirah, directly on the 450-meter long private sandy beach.
Numerous sights, such as the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Mall with the Dubai Fountains, are about a 30-minute drive away. Dubai Marina with its numerous restaurants is about a 20-minute drive away. The Aquaventure Waterpark can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.

The luxurious oasis of tranquility is nestled amidst lush and well-maintained gardens and features 95 rooms and villas. Hotel amenities include a spacious reception area with seating and a 24-hour reception, as well as a boutique and a hairdresser.
A total of three restaurants cater to your culinary needs, including the "ZEST" restaurant with Italian cuisine and "STAY by Yannick Alléno" with French specialties. "STAY by Yannick Alléno" is one of only three restaurants in Dubai to have received two Michelin stars for three consecutive years.
The hotel offers a total of three pools, including an exclusive pool at the "Guerlain Spa" for soothing relaxation. The centerpiece of the complex is the 18-meter long outdoor pool, inviting you to swim and relax. A separate Adults-Only pool "Safina" is also available for quiet moments. Palm Manor House Premier

The Palm Manor House Premier rooms (PD2/PD1) are located in the Manor House, are approximately 65 m² in size, and are decorated in light and warm colors with Arabic accents. In addition to a bathroom with a freestanding marble bathtub and a walk-in rain shower, these rooms feature air conditioning, satellite TV, coffee and tea making facilities, a minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (included). From the balcony or terrace, you have views of the garden or pool.

Premium Beachfront

The Premium Beachfront rooms (PBF/PBS) are located in the quiet, two-story Palm Beach Mansions and are just a few meters from the beach. They have the same size and amenities as the Palm Manor House Premier. Enjoy the sound of the waves from your balcony or take a short stroll on the beach from your terrace.

Palm Beach Juniorsuite

The approximately 100 m² spacious Palm Beach Junior Suites (JS2/JS1) are located in the two-story Palm Beach Mansions, like the Palm Beach Premier rooms. These have the same amenities as the Palm Beach Premier rooms. Enjoy an unmistakable view of the Dubai skyline or the beach from your balcony or terrace.
