The approximately 100 m² Seafront Villas (SVV) feature a modern design. Along with similar amenities to the double rooms with sea view, the villas include a living area and a separate bedroom.

Beachfront Private Pool

The Beachfront Private Pool villas (BPV) are approximately 150 m² and feature a modern living area, a separate bedroom, and a terrace with sun loungers and a private pool. The villas' beachfront location offers direct sea views.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased safety hazard for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, schauinsland-reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booking these room types.
