Location

The hotel is located in the southern part of the resort, about 300m from the sandy beach. Restaurants, bars, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The lively center of Sunny Beach can be reached inexpensively with the mini train, which stops about 100m from the hotel.

The hotel, which is very popular with long-term regular guests, consists of several three- to four-story buildings and has 220 rooms, elevators in the residential buildings of the Superior rooms, a reception hall with a reception desk and rental safes, a TV corner, a restaurant, and a bar. The outdoor area includes a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pool bar, and a playground. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and available for a fee on the beach.

Double Room

The friendly furnished double rooms have a bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, telephone, air conditioning, and a balcony. Optionally bookable as single/child or for single use at an additional cost.

Double Room Superior

The Superior double rooms are partly in the Prima building (building with elevator) and, with otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, are more modern, more spacious, and equipped with 3 regular beds and an extra bed. Also bookable as a single room Superior at an additional cost.

Half Board Plus

Breakfast and dinner in buffet form (if there are few guests in the low and high season, a menu may be served). Wine, beer, and soft drinks are included with dinner.
