The hotel is located only about 200 m from the long, fine sandy beach. Numerous shopping and entertainment venues, restaurants, and bars can be reached within approx. 300 m in the center and the lively pedestrian zone of Sunny Beach.
The historic old town of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its unique flair, is about 6 km away. During the high season, a water taxi connects Sunny Beach and Nessebar in about 15 minutes.

The double rooms (approx. 22.5 m²) are modernly furnished and feature 2 single beds (queensize and approx. 100x200 cm), shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, mini-fridge, desk, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), flatscreen TV with cable channels, carpeted floor, and a furnished balcony on the land side (D). Also available for single use for an extra charge (DE).

Double room Deluxe

The double rooms Deluxe (approx. 24 m²) are somewhat more spacious than the standard double rooms with otherwise similar facilities and additionally feature an extra sleep-chair (sleeping surface approx. 83 x 185 cm) and a balcony with pool view (DD2).

Studio without kitchenette

The studios without kitchenette (approx. 27 m²) are somewhat more spacious than the double rooms Deluxe with otherwise similar facilities, feature a double bed (approx. 200 x 200 cm), and are located on the land side (S12).

Apartment without kitchenette

The apartments without kitchenette (approx. 53 m²) feature an additional bedroom with a double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm), separate air conditioning, and a living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed for up to 2 people, with otherwise similar facilities as the double rooms Deluxe. The spacious balconies offer a wonderful view of the city and the green hinterland (A12).
