Location

The beautiful Zefir Beach hotel is located approx. 50 m from the gently sloping, white sandy beach in the southern part of the Sunny Beach resort on the Black Sea. The hotel is surrounded by picturesque dunes and is only approx. 3.5 km from the center of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Nessebar. The medieval Byzantine churches, the remains of numerous fortresses in the area, and the town walls are particularly worth seeing for culturally interested hotel guests. You can reach the port metropolis of Burgas in about half an hour. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

The hotel consists of four floors and has a total of 240 accommodation units. Most of the double and family rooms were completely renovated in the winter of 2025/26. The reception area offers a front desk, hotel safes (for a fee), and elevators. Connected to the bright and airy lobby is a beautiful terrace with a view of the swimming pool, the hotel garden, and the sand dunes. All Inclusive is offered in the main restaurant. The new à-la-carte "EaZy" restaurant offers a selection of meat, pizza, and pasta (for a fee). Additionally, the comfortable hotel offers a lobby bar and a pool bar, various shops, two sun terraces in the large garden, a large freshwater pool, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool (subject to availability) and available for a fee at the beach.

The renovated Superior Double Rooms Poolside are modern and elegantly furnished and were designed with great attention to detail. The rooms feature modern furniture, a double bed, shower/WC (walk-in shower), air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi (included), and a balcony or terrace with a view of the pool (DP). Also bookable for single use (DEP) or as Single+Child (D1P) for an additional charge.
Type I Poolside Double Rooms (DPI) have a special price and limited availability, with otherwise identical amenities.

The renovated Superior Double Rooms Landside are, with otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms Poolside, located on the land side (DL). Optionally also bookable for single use (DEL) or as Single+Child (D1L) for an additional charge.

Superior Super Saver Room

The Superior Super Saver Rooms are also renovated and equipped like the Superior Double Rooms Landside, but may be located in a less preferred position (SSZ).

The Family Rooms Pool View consist of two renovated Superior Double Rooms Poolside with a connecting door (DFP).
