Location

The Duni Royal Resort comprises 5 hotels in picturesque surroundings. It is situated in the middle of a nature reserve, on a slight hillside, embedded in dunes and only approx. 7 km away from Sozopol. Long sandy beaches and a beautiful bay are in the immediate vicinity. Small alleys, walking paths and the typical local architecture of the magnificent hotel complex are surprising and delightful with a special ambiance. The transfer from Burgas airport to the hotel takes approx. 60 minutes (approx. 45 km).

The resort covers an area of more than 50 hectares and includes a total of 5 hotels for families, single travelers and couples seeking peace, friends, and sports enthusiasts. Facilities include 10 tennis courts, 4 swimming pools, its own aqua park, sunny terraces with loungers and umbrellas at the pools and on the beach, many sports activities, fantastic restaurants, bars, snack and drink stations, cocktail bars, an amphitheater, shops, fitness and sauna areas, a mini-golf course, an archery range and even its own small harbor. There are various water sports offers on the beach. The charm of a small Bulgarian village has been recreated here to perfection and leaves nothing to be desired for your holiday.
The 5-star Duni Marina Beach hotel, one of the 5 hotels, is located directly on the beach and has 261 rooms spread over 5 floors (elevator) and offers its guests a reception, a souvenir shop, a boutique, a buffet restaurant, two a-la-carte restaurants (the 'Milanese'-Italian and the 'Mehana'-Bulgarian in the neighboring hotel Duni Belleville and Duni Holiday Village) and a pool bar as well as a lobby bar.
In the outdoor area in the large garden, there is a large swimming pool with an integrated children's pool. Sun loungers, parasols and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach (snack bar on the beach). The "DUNI Aquapark" features 6 water slides and is included for all guests of the resort (open from approx. 01/06 to 15/09).
Guests are allowed to use all amenities of the sister hotels Duni Pelican, Duni Belleville and Duni Holiday Village, provided they are open. The restaurants, bars, pools and the indoor pool of the Marina Royal Palace hotel are available only to guests who have also booked that hotel. In the Duni Marina Royal Palace hotel, there is also a special highlight of the resort: on the roof of the neighboring luxury hotel is a "Sky Bar", where drinks and cocktails are served to guests in the evening in a chic ambiance (not included in the AI offer and subject to a fee).

Accommodation

Double Room Landside

The double rooms landside (approx. 23-26 m²) are equipped with two single beds and have a bathroom/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (mid-June to mid-September, centrally controlled), carpeted floor, desk, sleeping chair as an extra bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, minibar (for a fee), rental safe as well as a furnished balcony. Double rooms with sea view or for single use are bookable for an extra charge.

Junior Suite

The junior suites (approx. 33-36 m²) are equipped like the double rooms landside, but are somewhat more spacious and feature a double bed and a sofa bed.

Suite Sea View

The suites with sea view (approx. 38-40 m²) are equipped like the double rooms landside, but consist of a living room with a sitting area and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed (separated by a door) and have a sea view.

In the buffet restaurant, you can help yourself to a rich themed buffet for breakfast (approx. 07:30-10:00, small late-riser breakfast 10:00-11:00), lunch (approx. 12:30-14:30) and dinner (approx. 19:00-21:30). During the day, there is coffee and cake in the buffet restaurant. Cocktails, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are served at the lobby bar and at the pool bar during their respective opening hours. The bars in the lobbies and at the aqua park are open daily until midnight. Additionally, sandwich stalls are available at various stations in the spacious complex from approx. 11:30-18:00, offering snacks. There is a snack bar in front of the beach area, which also allows guests to visit in swimwear.
Once per week, you can use one of the two a-la-carte restaurants for a small service fee of approx. 8 EUR/4 € for children (children 3-12 years, payable locally, subject to availability and prior reservation).

Entertainment program in the winter months

Please note that outside the main travel season (especially in the months of April-May and October), the hotels and club facilities may somewhat restrict their entertainment and leisure program (e.g., animation, mini club or water sports offers) as well as the opening hours of the restaurants and bars due to the then low number of guests and the changeable weather.
