Location

The Hotel Gergana Beach is located directly on the fine sandy beach of Albena and offers its guests a unique combination of beach, sea, and the famous Longoz forests. Behind the hotel lies the "Baltata" nature reserve, which is home to rare bird species and delights both ornithologists and walkers alike. The center of Albena can be reached by a walk of approximately 1,200 m, although a free shuttle or the popular electric train is also available during the high season (for a fee). Transfer time to Albena is approx. 55 minutes.

The hotel, which is particularly popular with German guests, features 318 rooms and 26 tastefully designed suites, a freshly renovated main restaurant with local and international cuisine and a magnificent outdoor terrace, a lobby bar, and a beautifully landscaped swimming pool. The outdoor terrace of the lobby bar, which invites you to linger with cozy seating, a chill-out zone, and a direct sea view, also delights with an idyllic view of the river estuary and the reed-surrounded lake next to the hotel. Here you can admire the water lilies and the wildlife of the biotope from a small bridge. From the outdoor terrace, you can reach the beach, where a "Beach Library" and a children's playground are located directly in front of the hotel. To relax and unwind, you are invited to the "Spa Medika Albena" at Hotel Dobrudja and the "Elements" spa at the Hotel Flamingo Grand Hotel & Spa. Both can be reached in just a few minutes' walk via the nearby beach promenade. In addition to a fitness room (included), the hotel also offers its own spa with treatment options (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the beach (on the beach from the 3rd row, 2 loungers and 1 parasol per room subject to availability). Sun loungers in the 1st and 2nd row are available for a fee.

Accommodation

Double Room Landside

The standard double rooms on the park side (approx. 15m²) are comfortably and brightly furnished with shower/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, TV with cable channels, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar, and safe included, as well as a balcony (DL).
Double rooms are also available with a sea view (DM, 18m²), with a beautiful view of the river (D2F, 18m²) with two queen-size single beds and a sofa bed, or for single occupancy (DEL/DEM/D1F) are bookable at an extra charge.
Also available as a super saver room, partly with disadvantageous location (SSZ, approx. 15m²).

Suite

These high-quality and spectacularly located suites are situated in the attached wing. They face the river and the park and have a size of approx. 40m². With otherwise identical equipment to the double rooms, the stylishly designed suites additionally feature a spacious living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (separated by a sliding glass door) (S2).
Suites with a sea view are slightly larger at approx. 50m² and are also bookable at an extra charge (S2M).
When booking a suite, an exclusive VIP area on the beach is included, as well as 1x per week entry to the "Aquamania" Aqua Park.

Double Room Superior River View

The superior double rooms are bookable exclusively at Schauinsland-Reisen in summer 2026, are renovated, and are equipped in a fresh and modern design with shower/WC, air conditioning, hairdryer, telephone, TV with cable channels, coffee and tea making facilities, minibar, and safe included, as well as a furnished balcony with a magnificent river or sea view (DSU/DSE and DDM/DM1), rooms are approx. 18m² each.
Double Room Superior Sea View Type I has a limited contingent at a special price (DIM).

Family Room River View

The family rooms with a river view have, with otherwise similar equipment to the standard double rooms with a river view (18m²), instead of a sofa bed, they are equipped with a bunk bed for children traveling along. (DF2).

All meals in buffet form in the renovated main restaurant with a large selection of foods that are, among other things, grown and produced in Albena, such as fruit, vegetables, bread, honey, cheese, and yogurt.
Breakfast (approx. 7:30-10 a.m.), late-riser breakfast (approx. 10-11 a.m. at the snack bar), lunch (approx. 12:30-2:30 p.m.), dinner (approx. 6-9 p.m.).
International and local cuisine including themed evenings (2 x per week).
2x per month gala dinner (July and August).
Snacks such as fast food, pastries, ice cream, and coffee/tea (approx. 3-5 p.m.).
BBQ (approx. 6-9 p.m., 6x per week).
With the "Dine Around" concept, guests have the opportunity to enjoy one lunch and one dinner in one of the open à-la-carte restaurants during their stay (from May to September with a minimum stay of 7 nights and reservation required).
A large selection of selected international and national non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages at the respectively open bars (from approx. 8:30 a.m.-midnight and July-August from approx. 8:30 a.m.-1 a.m.). Daily changing theme happy hours such as cocktails or bubble tea from approx. 3-5 p.m. and from approx. 8-9 p.m.
Minibar (daily refill with water, beer, and juices).
Per room, 2 loungers and one parasol on the beach are included (from the 3rd row and subject to availability).
Appropriate clothing is requested for dinner (smart casual: classic knee-length shorts, Bermuda shorts, long trousers, and shirts. No sportswear, T-shirts, and no hoodies).

Tennis court (1 x/week and room usage included), rackets & balls can be rented for a fee (subject to availability), tennis lessons, mini-golf, horseback riding, billiards, and bicycle rental.

The new "Sports Around" program is available to Albena guests. Guests can participate in various independent sports programs in the surrounding hotels Slavuna and Mura and join sports programs as they wish. Whether group classes, beach volleyball, or aerobics on the beach, the guest can be active sportingly throughout the resort freely and independently of the hotel facility – "Sports Around" gives every interested person this opportunity. Guests receive information from the sports entertainer at the hotel.
