Quietly located on the green outskirts of Golden Sands, this high-quality hotel from the HVD chain is situated approximately 800 m from the lively beach promenade with its many restaurants and bars, as well as the fine sandy beach. The transfer time from Varna Airport is approximately 40 minutes.

The HVD Viva Club offers its guests a modern, air-conditioned lobby with a reception. Two elevators connect the 8 floors containing a total of 260 rooms. The hotel also features a main restaurant, a grill restaurant, an Italian à la carte restaurant, and a show stage. The pool landscape, including a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and pool bar, provides space for relaxation. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool and on the hotel's private beach section (subject to availability). The hotel's private beach section is open from 1.6. to 15.9. (weather-dependent). During this time, the hotel offers a shuttle service (included), and there is a beach bar (approx. 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.) and a snack bar (approx. 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.) located on the beach.

Double room

The tastefully decorated double rooms (approx. 17 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, minibar (daily replenishment with mineral water, juice, red and white wine, beer, dessert, chips, and gummy bears included), coffee capsule machine (daily replenishment), centrally controlled air conditioning, satellite TV, rental safe, and a balcony (D, DI). Also bookable for single use (DE).

Double room Superior

The Superior double rooms are equipped like the double rooms but are slightly more spacious (approx. 27 m²) and feature an additional sofa bed (DSU).
(additionally under VARA01, from summer 2026 as DZ Deluxe Superior (UD2)).

Family room

The family rooms (approx. 36 m²) offer a large living/bedroom with a sofa bed (suitable for 2 children) and have 1 bathroom with shower/WC and a separate WC (DF2).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms are slightly smaller and located on the first floor facing the park side, with otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms (SSZ).

Apartment without kitchenette

The apartments without a kitchenette (approx. 35 m²) consist of two double rooms (2x shower/WC) with a connecting door (A12).

Both breakfast and the late riser breakfast (until approx. 11 a.m.) offer a rich buffet with a large selection and whole-grain products.
Lunch and dinner are also served in buffet form. Theme evenings 5 times a week (Bulgarian, Italian, Asian, Balkan cuisine, and Seafood night). Weekly gala dinner.
The à-la-carte restaurants are included once per stay with a reservation (for a minimum stay of 7 days). A snack bar (at the hotel's own beach section) additionally offers light dishes from approx. 11 a.m. – 5 p.m., as well as coffee/tea, cake, and ice cream.
Extensive selection of local and selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, mineral water, coffee/tea, wine (by the bottle), beer, cocktails, and long drinks daily at the lobby bar (approx. 8 a.m. – midnight) and at the pool bar (approx. 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.). 1.6.–15.9. and weather-dependent: beach bar (10 a.m. – 5 p.m.)/snack bar (11 a.m. – 5 p.m.).
