The hotel is located approx. 50 m from the fine sandy beach. It is quietly nestled in the rear area behind the sister hotels GRIFID Vistamar and GRIFID Metropol. An on-site water park and multi-purpose court can be reached directly via the terraced garden area. The lively center of Golden Sands with its versatile entertainment and shopping options is approx. 500 m from the hotel. Transfer time from Varna airport: approx. 40 minutes.

The spacious hotel, which is particularly popular with families, has 296 rooms that will be newly and tastefully redesigned in winter 2025/26. The rooms are spread over 8 floors in the main building and 6 floors in each of the two annexes. The hotel facade, renovated for the 2025 season, impresses with a modern and refreshing design. Facilities include a lobby with reception, elevators, a salon bar with terrace, a stylishly designed main buffet restaurant, 4 à-la-carte restaurants (including the renovated Asian and Italian restaurants, the fish restaurant, and the traditional Bulgarian restaurant), a coffee and pastry corner, a GRIFID logo shop, a snack terrace, and a beach bar. The spacious and beautifully landscaped garden area features a new sun terrace and 2 swimming pools with a pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are included at the pool and available at the beach subject to availability (2 loungers and 1 umbrella per room included). In addition, the hotel has an indoor pool and a unique aqua park for young and old with free entry for hotel guests (open June-September, weather-dependent). Use of the adult slides is only permitted from a height of 1.40 m. Furthermore, the multi-purpose court allows for numerous activities for guests who also like to be active during their holiday.

The newly designed double rooms are equipped with a double bed, a sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, magnifying mirror, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (daily refill included), coffee/tea maker, pillow menu, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), laminate flooring, and a balcony (D).
The Type A double room (DA), with the same facilities, can be occupied by 2 adults and 2 children.
Also bookable as a single + child room for an additional charge (D1K).

Family Room

The family rooms, newly renovated in 2025, offer, with the same facilities as the double rooms, a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (separated by a sliding door). Further facilities include shower/WC, a coffee/tea maker, and laminate flooring (DF2).

The newly designed family rooms with connecting door consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (FAV).

Super Saver Room

The super saver rooms are, with the same facilities as the double rooms, slightly smaller and may be located in a less advantageous position (SSZ).

Single Room

The single rooms are, with the same facilities as the double rooms, slightly smaller (E).

Katta's Double Room

Katta's double rooms are, with the same facilities as the newly designed double rooms, additionally furnished in a child- and family-friendly way with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls and feature many little extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. These include, e.g., children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, children's steps for the washbasin, a small child's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a measuring chart for children with cute Katta motifs (DZK).

Katta's Family Room

Katta's family rooms are, with the same facilities as the newly designed family rooms, equipped with a connecting door, additionally feature a fun bunk bed design in the children's room, and have an extra entrance. In addition, the child- and family-friendly decoration with cheerful Katta motifs on the walls delights guests and surprises them with many little extras that will make the stay a special experience for the little guests. These include, e.g., children's bathrobes or towels with Katta motifs, children's steps for the washbasin, a small child's table with two chairs, two cozy little beanbags, and a measuring chart for children with cute Katta motifs (KWF).

Double Room Deluxe (VARA58)

The deluxe rooms, decorated in a traditional style, offer twin beds, 1 extra bed (sofa bed), laminate, minibar (free of charge), balcony, internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge), and satellite TV, as well as centrally controlled air conditioning (from May to October) and a bathroom with shower (DD2). Alternatively, bookable as single occupancy (DD1).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form in the main restaurant including show-cooking, 2x a week theme night and BBQ evenings in the garden (July and August). Dinner in the à-la-carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Bulgarian, and a fish restaurant. Reservation required). À-la-carte breakfast at the food court from 8:30-10 am, late riser breakfast additionally from approx. 10-12 pm and hot snacks/lunch in the terrace restaurant (approx. 2-5 pm), homemade pastries, ice cream, and coffee/tea (approx. 10-12 pm and from approx. 2:30-5 pm) in the coffee and pastry corner. Local and imported alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the respective open bars (9 am-12 am). Local drinks at the beach bar (approx. 10 am-5 pm). The minibar is refilled daily with non-alcoholic drinks, water, and beer. Every 10 days, guests are invited to a gala evening in the buffet restaurant.
GRIFID Dine-Around program (reservation required): In selected à-la-carte restaurants of the hotels Grifid Vistamar and Grifid Metropol (16+). A special highlight here includes molecular gourmet cuisine, among others.
In all GRIFID-group hotels, guests can use All Inclusive until the transfer pick-up time.
When visiting the GRIFID Aqua Park by guests of other GRIFID hotels, snacks and soft drinks at the snack bar in the water park are included for guests of the GRIFID Vistamar hotel. For guests and visitors of other GRIFID hotels, soft drinks are included.

"Katta goes on holiday"
Dear children, do you know what I like doing best? Going on holiday, of course! Wouldn't you like to visit me at the hotel for a few days and go on holiday with me? We can play, do crafts, solve puzzles, and read stories together. In the evening, we will rock the mini-disco. I will give every child a personal travel diary. So, how does that sound?

Additionally, the hotel offers a cheerful mini club daily for children aged 4-12 years from approx. 10 am-12 pm and from approx. 3-5:30 pm. For the little ones, there is a mini club in the shape of a pirate ship as well as a bouncy castle, a climbing playground, children's animation, children's disco, children's yoga, and a children's show once every 2 weeks. Healthy baby and children's menu in the à-la-carte restaurants. Additionally, lunch and dinner can be taken together with the entertainers, while there is a special children's buffet for lunch and a separate seating area on the food court terrace.

The wellness and relax center of the GRIFID Aqua Club Bolero offers a perfect combination of relaxing and revitalizing treatments and temptations, a sophisticated atmosphere, and professional staff. All treatments and beauty procedures, sauna, hammam, and beauty salon are charged separately! Hammam with steam bath, two saunas, hydromassage bath, hot stone massage, mud applications, relax zone. Boutique massage oils, aroma scents, and body care products, hairdresser, manicure and pedicure, massage rooms, facial and body treatments, as well as a wide range of wellness applications and body and facial cosmetics.
