The popular hotel is situated in a nature reserve, in a quiet yet central location at the edge of the Golden Sands holiday area, approx. 250 m from the beautiful promenade and approx. 1 km from the hotel's own beach section.
Restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues can be reached within a few minutes' walk. The transfer time is approx. 40 minutes.

The beautiful hotel has a total of 296 rooms spread over 8 floors. The SH Dolce Vita offers its guests a tastefully furnished lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (included throughout the hotel), a main restaurant, two themed restaurants (Bulgarian and Greek), and several bars. In the outdoor area of the hotel complex, there are two large swimming pools with an integrated children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar. A highlight for the little ones is the mini-aquapark with 4 water slides for children (operational from approx. June 1st to approx. September 15th). Sun loungers and parasols are included by the pool as well as at the hotel's private beach section (subject to availability). Pool towels are available for a deposit. There is a beach bar at the beach (approx. 1000 m from the hotel; shuttle service included), where soft drinks, water, tea, and coffee are included. Beach towels and bags are available for a deposit.

Double room landside

The modern double rooms landside are equipped with bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi (included), safe, small fridge, coffee/tea-making facilities, air conditioning (weather-dependent), and a balcony or terrace facing the landside (DL). Also available for single occupancy (DEL) or with sea view (DM) for an extra charge.

The Superior double rooms are somewhat more spacious, with otherwise the same features as the double rooms landside (DSU).
