Location

The Hotel Estreya Residence and its sister hotel, Estreya Palace, are located in the center of Sveti Konstantin. Together, the buildings are nestled within a beautifully designed and spacious garden area with mature trees and flowers. In close proximity to the hotel, you'll find the "Saints Constantine and Helena" monastery, as well as various shopping and entertainment options. The famous thermal springs are within approximately a 10-15 minute walk. The sandy beach is about 250 meters away. The transfer time is approximately 35 minutes.

The family-friendly hotel offers a total of 60 rooms and 15 apartments, a reception with a lobby, a lobby bar, a spa center, and a spectacular wine cellar with house wines. The hotel restaurant with a terrace, the beautiful garden with quiet zones and seating benches, and a swimming pool with a pool bar ensure well-being and relaxation. Sun loungers and parasols are included by the pool (subject to availability). The indoor and outdoor pools are filled with thermal water.

Double Room Superior

The Double Rooms Superior are tastefully furnished with two single beds or one double bed, a pull-out armchair, air conditioning (central), bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, mini-fridge, telephone, safe (for a fee), and a balcony or terrace (DSU). Available for single use (ESU) or as a single/child room (DSI) for an additional charge.
Super Saver Rooms are offered at a special price and may have a less desirable location (SSZ).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

The 1-bedroom apartments, otherwise equipped like the double rooms, additionally feature a separate living/sleeping area with a pull-out double sofa bed or two single beds (A12).

Breakfast and dinner are served buffet-style. Local non-alcoholic beverages, as well as beer and wine, are included with dinner (valid for stays from April 15th onwards; in July and August, only Half Board and All Inclusive are offered).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant.
Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as local beer and wine, are included with meals. From approximately 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, local non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are available at one of the bars. Snacks are also available, along with afternoon tea, coffee, ice cream, and pastries.
The operating and opening hours of individual bars and restaurants may vary depending on the season and are posted on-site.
