Location

The hotel is located in the center of Sveti Konstantin within extensive gardens, together with its sister hotel Estreya Residence. The sandy beach is approx. 250 m away. Restaurants and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The famous thermal springs of Sveti Konstantin are about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The transfer time from the airport to the hotel is approx. 35 minutes.

The reception, lobby, and lobby bar are located in the sister hotel Estreya Residence (VAR017). On the shared grounds, you will find the Medi-Spa Center and the spectacular wine cellar with house wines. A hotel restaurant with a terrace and a beautiful garden with relaxation zones and benches, as well as a swimming pool with a pool bar, provide well-being and tranquility. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available to guests at the pool free of charge. The pools (indoor and outdoor) are filled with thermal water.

Double room

The double rooms are tastefully furnished with 2 single beds, an additional pull-out armchair or single sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, refrigerator, telephone, air conditioning, and a balcony (D). Also available for single use (DE) at an additional charge.

Super Saver Room

The Super Saver rooms offer similar amenities to the double rooms and are located on the 4th floor under the sloping roof. They have two single beds but are slightly smaller due to the slope; the bathroom has a bathtub, and they also have a smaller, enclosed balcony (SSZ).

Studio

The studios are furnished similarly to the double rooms and, in addition to a double bed, feature two additional pull-out sofa beds, air conditioning, shower/WC, and a nice, furnished balcony (S12).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the hotel restaurant. Non-alcoholic beverages, as well as local wine and beer, are included with meals. From approximately 10 AM to 10 PM, non-alcoholic and local alcoholic beverages are available at one of the bars. Snacks are available at the bars, and tea, coffee, ice cream, and pastries are served at one of the bars from approximately 3 PM to 5 PM.
