Location

Located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District on a narrow strip of land south of the town of Waren, between Müritz and Feisneck, lies the MAREMÜRITZ Yachthafen Resort. Its prime location offers a beautiful view of water and forests.
The town center of Waren, with its harbor and charming historical architecture, is only about 2 kilometers away and can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The good infrastructure allows for easy accessibility, making it ideal for a short break amidst nature.

Facilities

The apartment complex features 184 apartments in various categories, spread across several buildings. It includes a central building with a reception and restaurant, as well as an outdoor pool with a relaxation area and saunas.

Aurora Apartment Landside

The "Aurora" type apartments (A1T, approx. 51-62 sqm) face the land side and feature a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed (approx. 180x200 cm), an open living area with a kitchen island and bar stools, and a seating bench, or a kitchenette with a dining table (kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking & dining utensils, and cooking accessories). The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and armchair. There is also a bathroom with a shower/WC and a utility room.
Some apartments have an electric fireplace.

Aurora Apartment Müritz View

The "Aurora" type apartments (ZAS, approx. 51 sqm) have the same amenities as the landside Aurora apartments but face the lake side with a view of the Müritz.

Kompass Maisonette Suite Landside

The "Kompass" type maisonette suite (M2, approx. 71 sqm, located on the land side) is spread over 2 floors and features an open living area with a kitchen island, bar stools, and a seating bench (kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking & dining utensils, and cooking accessories). The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, sofa, and armchair, as well as a bathroom with a shower/WC. There is also a utility room and a guest WC.
The bedroom with a double bed (approx. 180*200 cm) is located on the gallery and has a bathroom with a shower and a balcony.

Fortuna Suite Landside

The "Fortuna" type suite (S2, approx. 85 sqm) features an open living area with a kitchenette and dining table (kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cooking & dining utensils, and cooking accessories). The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a corner sofa, and an armchair. There is a bedroom with a double bed (approx. 180x200 cm) and a study room with a sofa bed (approx. 140x190 cm).
There is a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as a separate guest WC.
Extra beds available upon request and for a fee.

Fortuna Suite Müritz View

The "Fortuna" type suite (2S1, approx. 85 sqm) is equipped like the Fortuna Suite Landside but with a view of the Müritz and partially with an electric fireplace.
