Location

The AHORN Hotel is located in Braunlage, in the heart of the Harz nature and leisure region and directly at the foot of the Wurmberg mountain. For nature and hiking enthusiasts as well as families, the location offers numerous possibilities and experiences, such as AlpakHARZ (approx. 1.7 km), the Wurmberg cable car, and the Mountain Adventure World (approx. 450 m). The nearest hiking trail starts directly at the hotel, and the Bad Harzburg and Wernigerode train stations are each about 24 km away.

Facilities

With almost 300 rooms, the hotel is a comfortable accommodation with comprehensive facilities. These include an inviting lobby, a reception, a restaurant, and an à la carte restaurant. After an eventful day, guests can relax with a drink in the lobby bar or on the lobby bar terrace. Those who prefer to relax can make use of an indoor pool and a seasonal outdoor pool, a fitness room, and a sauna. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests at all times.
