Location

The IFA Fehmarn Hotel & Ferien-Centrum is located directly on the south beach of the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn – with a fine sandy beach and the Baltic Sea right on your doorstep. The accommodations are situated in the immediate vicinity of the beach and offer a maritime atmosphere as well as—depending on the unit—a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
The sunny island of Fehmarn is particularly popular with families, nature lovers, and water sports enthusiasts. Windsurfing, kitesurfing, cycling, and bird watching are among the popular activities on the island. The diverse coastal landscape with sandy beaches, dunes, and steep cliffs also invites guests to enjoy walks and explorations.
The island is connected to the mainland via the Fehmarnsund Bridge; there are also ferry connections to Denmark.

Amenities

The IFA Fehmarn Hotel & Ferien-Centrum offers various accommodations directly on the south beach of the Baltic Sea island of Fehmarn. The rooms and apartments are located in the "Fernblick" buildings as well as at the marina.
The striking "Fernblick" buildings are situated right on the south beach and offer light-flooded rooms and apartments with a balcony and—with few exceptions—a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
The apartments at the marina are located in separate buildings, a few meters away from the main building and the reception. They are situated between the south beach and the marina, just a few meters from the beach and the promenade. The breakfast buffet as well as other amenities are provided in the main "Fernblick" building.
Culinary variety is offered by the "Windrose" restaurant, the beach pizzeria, the Marché, the Fischerkate, and the IFA Beachbar.

Accommodation

Double room sea view Fernblickhaus

The double rooms with sea view in the Fernblick building (DM, approx. 31-40 m²) accommodate 2 people and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, flat-screen satellite TV, a comfortable couch, a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle and toaster as well as cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, a seating/dining area, a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, and a balcony with a dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea.
Optionally bookable for single use (DEM), as a single with child up to 3.9 years (D1M), or as a single with child 4-12.9 years (M1K).

The spacious family rooms in the Fernblick building (F2M, approx. 41-48 m²) accommodate 2-4 people and are equipped with a combined living/bedroom with a comfortable double pull-out couch with the option of an extra bed for up to 2 people, flat-screen satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with coffee machine, kettle and toaster, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery, a seating/dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed or two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, as well as a balcony with a dreamlike view of the Baltic Sea.

The rooms are equipped with satellite TV, a kitchenette (fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cooking utensils, and cutlery), shower or bath/WC, as well as a hairdryer. Some rooms have a balcony. The accommodations consist of a bedroom with a double bed as well as a living/bedroom with a double sofa bed. The average room size is approx. 41 – 48 m² (DF2).

Marché

Classics such as currywurst and burgers as well as ice cream are offered at the Marché. Snacks can be enjoyed outdoors under the sun sail or under the glass roof of the "Vitarium".

Fischerkate

The Fischerkate is a beer and cocktail bar with a glazed outdoor terrace. Cocktails and drinks are served here in a relaxed atmosphere.

IFA Beachbar

The IFA Beachbar offers cocktails, sea views, and Baltic Sea flair. Comfortable lounge furniture invites you to linger. Opening is weather-dependent.

Wellness

The FehMare wellness center is located right next to the IFA Hotel. It offers a sauna area with panoramic sea views as well as various bookable massages.
The FehMare bathing world includes, among other things, a seawater wave pool with a view of the Baltic Sea.
A stay at the IFA Fehmarn includes 2 hours of free admission to the bathing world per day. The day of arrival and departure count as one day.
Admission to the sauna area and other wellness services can be booked locally for an additional fee.
Opening hours daily from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (subject to change).
The "FehMare" water world is closed every year in January/February for maintenance work and will additionally remain closed for approximately 1.5 years starting in April 2027 (immediately after the Easter holidays).
