The family-run holiday complex features 49 residential units over 2 floors, a lobby with reception (rental safes), lounge area, bar, air-conditioned restaurant, and a pavilion with a satellite TV corner (several German channels, large screen). In the large garden area, there is a swimming pool facing the sea with a sun terrace and a partially covered pool/snack bar (lunch à la carte available for a fee) with a seating terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool and available for a fee at the beach.

Studio side sea view

The studios feature a bathtub or shower/WC, hairdryer, a combined living/sleeping area, individual air conditioning, telephone, Wi-Fi (free of charge), mini-fridge, satellite TV (several German channels), balcony or terrace, and side sea view (M2S).

Studio Superior side sea view

The Superior studios are modernly furnished, renovated, and offer the same features as the studios with side sea view, plus a minibar (for a fee), coffee and tea-making facilities, a safe, and side sea view (2MT).

Family room

The family rooms are also renovated and offer the same features as the Superior studios, plus a separate bedroom; they do not have a side sea view (DF2).
