Facilities

This modern luxury resort comprises 136 rooms and junior suites, as well as 155 bungalows and suites. Facilities include a lobby with a reception and the main restaurant "Flavors" with a fantastic sea view. Additionally, the hotel offers excellent cuisine in five à la carte restaurants, inviting guests to enjoy culinary highlights. Choices include "Fresco" (Italian), Anaya (Asian), Ouzo (Greek), "Provence" (French), and "The Garden" (international). Six bars and a gelateria are scattered throughout the resort, providing refreshments.
The extensive, well-maintained outdoor area features a lagoon pool (freshwater) with a separate children's/baby pool and a main pool with a separate children's pool. All pools are heated. An exclusive waiter service ensures you can enjoy your drinks by the pool and on the beach. There is also an indoor pool with a wellness area (for guests aged 16 and over). Towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach.
For even more tranquility, adults aged 16 and over have access to designated adults-only areas on the beach, at the main pool, and in the main restaurant, as well as the entire spa area.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room

The spacious and modern Superior rooms feature a seating area, Wi-Fi (included), DVD and CD player, Nespresso machine, tea and coffee maker, daily replenished minibar, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, electronic safe (included), air conditioning/heating, shower/WC, luxury toiletries, turndown service, and a balcony with a table and two chairs, overlooking the hinterland (DSU).
Available also as Super Saver Room (SSZ), Super Saver Room with sea view (SSM, max. 2+0), Superior Double Room with sea view (DMU), and with pool view (DSP).

Panorama Junior Suite

With all other features identical to the Superior rooms, the Panorama Junior Suites offer a magnificent panoramic sea view (JPM). Sofa beds are available for a 3rd or 4th person.

Garden View Bungalow

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior Double rooms, with a balcony or terrace and garden view (BG2).

1 Bedroom Bungalow Suite

The bungalows are equipped like the Superior Double rooms but also feature a spacious and elegant living area and a separate bedroom for more privacy and relaxation, as well as a balcony with garden view (B12). Available also as 1 Bedroom Bungalow Suite Private Garden, with private garden, 2 sun loungers and garden view (G2G), as 1 Bedroom Bungalow Suite Sea View with balcony (2TX).

Deluxe 1 Bedroom Bungalow Suite

With the same features as the 1 Bedroom Bungalows with private garden, these are more spacious and offer pool view as type C (BT2). Guests can also use the "Deluxe Collection Area". Available also with garden view and private pool as type B (B2B), with private garden as type A (B2A), or only facing the beach with a balcony (2BD).

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Bungalow Suite

With the same features as the Deluxe 1 Bedroom Bungalow Suite, these are more spacious and offer 1 additional bedroom with a private garden (S2I). Available also with a private pool (22U) or beachfront with a private garden (B2Z), sea view with a private garden (22V), or only beachfront with a balcony (B22).

The main restaurant "Flavors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 11 AM, a lunch buffet from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, also served buffet-style with theme nights. Dinner is also available in the à la carte restaurants with prior reservation. Additionally, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine at restaurants outside the hotel, requiring a reservation through the hotel.
National and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the open bars from 9 AM to 2 AM.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and replenished daily. At the beach, guests can enjoy drinks at the beach bar or utilize the drink and snack service, which serves cocktails and other beverages directly to your lounger.

Sports included

For those seeking to stay active, a range of sports facilities are offered, including two tennis courts, a bike and fitness center, and ample space for running. Additionally, there are darts, chess, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, and mini-football, as well as aerobics. Some water sports such as canoes, pedalos, and SUPs can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability.

Sports for a fee

Catamaran trips, swimming lessons, football school, tennis school, sailing school, water skiing, banana boat rides, jet skiing, and private boat tours. Furthermore, guests at Ikos Olivia can enjoy a special entertainment program. Various activities such as boccia games, Greek dance classes, and cooking classes are organized daily.

Children's program

Separate children's and baby pools and a playground.
Children of all ages will surely find their favorite activity in the Hero Kids Club. The multilingual mini-club and youth club offer professional childcare. The club boasts a diverse program with story times, face and t-shirt painting, mime, mini-disco, cookie baking, pool games, table tennis, and much more. It is divided into the following age groups: Creche Club (6 months to 3 years, from 10 AM-1 PM, 1 PM-3 PM, and 3 PM-6 PM, for a fee), Mini Club (4 to 12 years, from 10:30 AM-1 PM, 1 PM-3 PM, and 3:30 PM-6 PM), and Teen Club (12 to 17 years, from 10:30 AM-1 PM, and 3:30 PM-6 PM).

Wellness

The Ikos Spa (for guests aged 16 and over) offers (by reservation): six private treatment rooms, including a couples' suite, indoor and heated outdoor pools with a whirlpool and views of the evergreen gardens. It also features a fitness studio, relaxation area, Thermal Suite with a Hammam and sauna, steam bath, hair salon, nail studio, and a beauty corner with Anne Sémonin products.

Destination information

For stays from January 1, 2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
