The nearest sandy beach is about 700 m away. The closest supermarket is 500 m away, and the town center of Hanioti is reached after 900 m. Thessaloniki Airport is 92 km away.

Fully renovated in summer 2026, the hotel complex features attentive service and a feel-good atmosphere, offering 73 modern rooms spread across several buildings. Facilities include a reception, a cozy lounge with a restaurant, and a bar with a terrace offering dreamlike views. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a pool with sun loungers and lounge beds, which are available to guests free of charge. Sun loungers and parasols are available at the beach for an additional fee.
