This modern comfort hotel is located directly on a long sand/pebble beach. Kalithea, with many entertainment and shopping options, is approximately 2 km away. The distance to Thessaloniki airport is approximately 80 km.

The holiday hotel has two areas, which are connected by a hotel-owned underpass (coastal road). There are a total of 255 rooms of various categories, spread across the main building and several bungalow buildings. The numerous facilities include an elegant reception area, a jeweler, a mini-market, several buffet/main restaurants with terrace areas, an à-la-carte restaurant, two lobby bars, three pool bars, and the "Thalassa" beach bar. In the spacious and well-kept garden, there are several pool areas with children's sections. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool; they are available for a fee at the beach. Bath towels are provided free of charge. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in the lobby and in the rooms.

Double Room Pool Side

The Double Rooms Pool Side feature a twin bed or a double bed. They are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, telephone, bathrobes, exclusive toiletries, and a coffee/tea maker. The rooms also have a balcony with pool view and are located in the upper area of the hotel (PD/APD bookable under SKG408). Also available for single use (PDE).
Against a surcharge, also bookable with sea view, located in the lower area of the hotel (DM/DMI/DMA bookable under SKG408).

Super Saver Room

These are double rooms, but with limited availability, located in the upper area of the main building with street view (SSZ).

Junior Suite

With otherwise the same equipment as the double rooms, the Junior Suites are more spacious, located in the upper area of the hotel with a nice small living area, a separate bedroom with connecting door, an additional bath/WC, and pool view (J2P/JPI).
Additionally available against a surcharge with sea view in the lower area of the hotel (J2M).

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

Located in the lower area of the hotel in the bungalow buildings, with the same facilities as the Double Room Pool Side, and featuring a sea view (DDM).

Information on Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is staggered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1 to October 31):
Land category 1-2 Stars: 2 Euros
Land category 3 Stars: 5 Euros
Land category 4 Stars: 10 Euros
Land category 5 Stars: 15 Euros
For stays in the low season (November 1 to March 31):
