Location

The beautiful hotel complex, awarded the Green Key for its environmentally friendly management, is situated in a rural, quiet, and picturesque location, slightly above the beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach (awarded the "Blue Flag"), which can be reached by stairs. The village of Kriopigi is about 1.5 km away, offering traditional tavernas and some shopping facilities. A public bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.

Facilities

The holiday complex, built in Greek style, consists of a 5-story main building and several small outbuildings with a total of 208 rooms. Furthermore, the hotel features an elegant reception hall with a 24-hour reception and cozy seating areas, the main restaurant "Roxani," bar "Kassandra" with a TV corner and a beautiful sea view, and the tavern "Antonis." In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the swimming pool with a sun terrace and the pool/snackbar "Panorama." Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are available free of charge. Additionally, there is a beach bar "Oasis." Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

The double rooms are located in the main building or an outbuilding and feature a twin bed, a walk-in shower, toilet, hairdryer, toiletries, air conditioning, telephone, safe, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, flat-screen TV, and a balcony (D). Optionally available as a single room (DE).

Breakfast (7:00 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served in the main restaurant as a buffet.
Optional dinner at the tavern (1x per stay, reservation required).
During the day, the pool bar and beach bar offer snacks as well as local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
In the evening, the Kassandra Bar is open from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM and offers a selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails.

Beach volleyball and tennis (reservation required).

Hard-surface tennis court with floodlights. Water sports such as stand-up paddleboarding, canoes, and small boats are available upon request from local providers.

Note on Climate Resilience Levy

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience levy, which guests must pay locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
