Location

This resort is located on the outskirts of Metamorfosis, only approx. 1.5 km from the center on the charming Sithonia peninsula. Idyllic bays and a 500-meter long sand/pebble beach invite you to swim.

The hotel has 181 rooms, a main building with a reception, a lounge with a TV corner, and a mini-market. There are also a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants "Akathos" & "Olives", a pool bar, and a beach bar. In the large garden, there are several 2-3 story bungalow buildings, as well as a heated pool (May and October) and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and also on the beach. Bath towels are available for a deposit.

Double Room Deluxe

These completely renovated and redesigned rooms with modern design and high-quality furnishings feature a bath/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, flat-screen TV, refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, sofa bed, free Wi-Fi, safe, telephone, and a balcony or terrace (DD2/D2I).
Also available as a promo room (X2J), for single use (DD1), or with sea view (DDM).

Deluxe Family Room

With the same amenities as the Double Deluxe rooms, featuring a visually separated living/sleeping area with a sofa bed. The rooms are located on the ground floor with a terrace (2DF).

Suite

Located on the 1st floor of the main building and easily accessible by elevator. Each suite consists of a living area and a bedroom. From the living area, you can access the large balcony, equipped with a table, 4 chairs, and 2 loungers. From there, you have a beautiful view of the surrounding area and the hotel grounds. The living area has a pull-out couch that offers a comfortable sleeping option for additional persons. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a modern flat-screen TV (German channels). The bathroom is exclusively equipped with a bathtub and shower/WC, bathrobes, and slippers. A small refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) are also provided. Of course, there is air conditioning (central, individually adjustable), a safe, and Wi-Fi included. Guests in this room category receive private loungers on the beach, fast internet within the suite, Dine Around, wine and fruit upon arrival, a daily bottle of water, and have free access to the spa (S2).

Suite Deluxe

With the same amenities as the suites, but more spacious and higher quality furnished (S2D/on request).

Family Suite Deluxe

The Family Suite Deluxe features a modern design with high-quality materials and includes a bedroom and a living/sleeping room with two sofa beds, two bathrooms (one with shower and one with shower or bathtub/WC), hairdryer, makeup mirror, premium toiletries, bathrobe, slippers, and beach towels, flat-screen TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, free Wi-Fi access, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, and a furnished balcony (LY2).
Also available at an additional charge on the ground floor with a furnished terrace, sun loungers, and a private pool (2FQ).

Note on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on site, similar to a tourist tax.
