Location

The Ikos Oceania is nestled amidst a stunning natural landscape with a 350-meter long natural sandy beach, lined with pine, olive, and cypress trees. The extensive resort covers 15 hectares of meticulously maintained gardens and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the majestic Mount Olympus. Thessaloniki Airport is 54 km away.

Facilities

The modern resort features a main building, four additional residential buildings, and an exclusive Deluxe Collection building, comprising 290 elegantly appointed rooms and suites. For culinary variety, there are five à la carte restaurants and the Mediterranean buffet restaurant Flavors. A particular highlight is the innovative Dine-Out program, which offers guests the opportunity to enjoy authentic dishes at a selected restaurant in the nearby town of Nea Moudania. The gastronomic offerings are complemented by five stylish bars, inviting guests to relax both indoors and in the sprawling garden areas. Five heated main pools are available for relaxation and recreation. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided free of charge here and on the beach. For even more tranquility, designated adults-only areas are available for guests aged 16 and over, including an infinity pool, an adults-only bar, a designated area in the main restaurant, and the entire spa area.

Superior Double Room

Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Junior Suites are more spacious, featuring an additional sofa area and sea view (J2M).

Family Suite Sea View

Deluxe Junior Suite Sea View

These suites are slightly more spacious than the Junior Suites and offer sea views. Guests booking a Deluxe Junior Suite also benefit from the amenities of the Deluxe Collection Area (JDM, see notes). Available upon request also as a Deluxe Junior Suite with a private garden and sea view (2UG).

Deluxe Family Suite Sea View

These suites are slightly more spacious than the Family Suites and offer sea views. Guests booking a Deluxe Family Suite also benefit from the amenities of the Deluxe Collection Area (see notes, FDM, available only upon request). Available upon request also as a Deluxe Family Suite with 2 bedrooms and sea view (2F) or with 2 bedrooms and a private garden with sea view (LY2).

Panorama Junior Suite Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Panorama Junior Suites are more spacious with an additional sofa area and floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful panoramic sea views (JPM).

Family Room Sea View

With otherwise identical amenities to the double rooms, the Family Rooms with sea view consist of two double rooms with a connecting door (F2M).

The main restaurant "Falvors" offers an extensive breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 11 AM, a lunch buffet from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, also in buffet form with themed evenings. Dinner is also available in the à la carte restaurants upon reservation. Furthermore, the "Ikos Dine Out Service" offers the opportunity to dine at restaurants outside the hotel; a reservation through the hotel is required.
Domestic and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the respective open bars from 9 AM to 2 AM.
The minibar in the rooms is also included and is replenished daily. At the beach, guests can enjoy drinks at the beach bar or use the drink and snack service, which serves cocktails and other beverages directly to their sun lounger.

Sports included

Tennis court, squash court, darts, table tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, mini-football, aerobics, and introductory scuba diving. Some water sports such as canoes, pedal boats, and stand-up paddleboards can be rented for 20 minutes per day, subject to availability. The surrounding area is ideal for walking and hiking.

Note for climate resilience contribution

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience contribution, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room, tiered from January 1, 2025.
