Location

Built for the summer of 2024, this adults-only resort is situated on a hillside, surrounded by nature and beautiful olive groves. Nestled in this natural setting, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the crystal-clear Aegean Sea and Mount Olympus. The towns of Potidea and Sani can each be reached in approximately 5–10 minutes by car, and Thessaloniki Airport is about 65 km away.

The resort for guests aged 16 and over features a total of 104 rooms and suites, designed in a modern style with boho elements. Facilities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant "Mesogaea" (Mediterranean), the à-la-carte restaurant "Shizen" (Japanese/Peruvian fusion cuisine), and a lobby bar/café "Hebe". In the Mediterranean garden area, there are two swimming pools as well as the "Zest" pool/snack bar. Guests can easily order food and drinks directly to their sun loungers by the pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included at the pool. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel and in the rooms.

The generously designed Deluxe double rooms feature a king-size bed, a semi-open bathroom with a rainfall shower and separate toilet, a hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, a telephone, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a minibar (refilled when booking All Inclusive), a safe, Wi-Fi, a 55" Smart TV, coffee and tea-making facilities, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony or terrace with a magnificent sea view (DDM/2B).

King Bed Sea View Swim-Up

With the same basic amenities as the Deluxe double rooms, the swim-up rooms offer direct access to a shared pool and feature a sea view (EU2/UMB/2DA).

Loft Suite Sea View

These spacious suites feature a living area and an open-plan sleeping area with a king-size bed, which is located on the second floor and accessed via stairs. Furthermore, the Deluxe suites offer a semi-open bathroom with a rainfall shower and separate toilet, a hairdryer, high-quality toiletries, a telephone, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a minibar (refilled when booking All Inclusive), a safe, Wi-Fi, two 55" Smart TVs, coffee and tea-making facilities, an espresso machine, and a furnished balcony with a sea view (SDM).

The generously designed Signature Suites offer a spacious living room and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a walk-in wardrobe. Destination information

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a local tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
