Location

Geranion Village is located on a hill near the village of Nikiti, offering a fantastic view over the sea and the hills of the Sithonia peninsula. The village center of Nikiti, with its shops, entertainment options, bars, and restaurants, is about 1 km away. The gently sloping sandy/pebble beach is approximately 1.5 km away. Our guests can reach the hotel's own section of the beach multiple times a day via the hotel's shuttle service (departure times as per notice board). Thessaloniki Airport is about 90 km away.

Geranion Village is run with great warmth and a familial atmosphere by its owners, Alexandros and Konstantinos, and is a schauinsland-reisen original. The 82 rooms are spread across six two-story buildings. The main building houses the lobby and the 24-hour reception with a safe (for a fee), as well as the breakfast room with a fantastic view over the Toroneos Gulf. Together with the main building, the garden restaurant in the style of a small Greek village square, and the chapel dedicated to Saints Constantine and Helena, they form a small village. The heart of the complex is the pool area with a freshwater pool, a separate children's pool, the pool bar in the castle tower, and a spacious sun terrace with palm trees. Here, you'll also find the taverna, offering typical Greek specialties à la carte. With the shuttle service (departure times as per notice board), our guests can reach the hotel's private beach section with showers and toilets. A small beach bar is within walking distance. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee at the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel premises.

Double room

The cozy double rooms are traditionally furnished and feature a bathroom with a walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe, and Wi-Fi, mini-fridge, kettle, and coffee/tea making facilities (daily refill, for a fee), as well as a balcony. New bedspreads, pillows, and curtains add fresh accents (D/DI). Also available for single use (DE) or as double room type A, type B, and type C (DA, DB, DC).
Available as rooms with panoramic village views and partial sea view (PAD/PAI).

Double room VIP sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the VIP double rooms offer additional comforts such as a flat-screen TV with internet access (42-inch), an espresso machine with a daily refill of 4 capsules, a daily replenished minibar with 1 bottle of water, 2 beers, and 2 soft drinks, bathroom amenities, and an iron and ironing board. From the cozy bench on the balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. With a minimum stay of 5 nights, choose either a lunch or dinner at the taverna with a set menu, 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of wine or 1 soft drink or 1 beer (VI2).

Family room

With the same amenities as the double rooms, the family rooms have an additional separate living/sleeping area (interconnecting door) (DF2).

Comfort double room

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms additionally feature an espresso machine, bathrobes, slippers, are more spacious, and offer an extra living area with satellite TV (JS2).

Half board

The hotel is known for its homemade products.
For breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), there is a buffet with Greek specialties, honey from the hotel's own beehives, and freshly baked bread from the wood-fired oven, among other items.
In the evening (7 PM - 9 PM), a large buffet awaits with many products from the hotel's own vegetable garden and typical traditional Greek dishes.

Information on climate resilience contribution

For stays from 01.01.2018 onwards, the Greek government charges a climate resilience contribution, which is to be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, starting from 01.01.2025, is tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
For stays during high season (April 1 - October 31):
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season (November 1 - March 31):
