Location

The Agorastos Luxury Living Hotel is quietly located approximately 900 m from the nearest sand/pebble beach. The town of Platamonas is situated a little way out. Thessaloniki Airport is around 100 km away.

Facilities

The small hotel, perfect for relaxation, offers just 11 rooms, a reception (8 AM-8 PM) with TV lounge, a main restaurant with terrace (Greek & Mediterranean cuisine), an outdoor pool, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach. Beach towels are provided free of charge by the hotel. Wi-Fi is included throughout the property.

Double Room Deluxe

The modernly furnished rooms feature a king-size bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, kettle, mini-fridge, terrace, and garden view (DD2).

Double Room Superior

The Superior Double Rooms are more spacious and, with the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, feature a bath or shower/WC, are located on the upper floor with a balcony and garden view (accessible only via stairs) (DSU).

Double Room Executive with Pool Access

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Deluxe, with the added benefit of direct pool access (EX2).
The Double Rooms Executive with Pool Access are not supervised by a lifeguard. Therefore, please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave prudently.

Family Room

Located on the upper floors (accessible only via stairs), the Family Rooms feature 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with 2 single beds. Additionally, the room offers a separate living area, 2 bathrooms with bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries, air conditioning, satellite TV, kettle, mini-fridge, and a balcony with pool or garden view (DF2).

Breakfast/Half Board

Breakfast is served à la carte (8 AM-10:30 AM) and a 4-course menu is served for dinner (7 PM-10:30 PM).

Note for climate resilience levy

For stays from 1/1/2018 onwards, the Greek government is levying a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 1/1/2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
For stays during high season (April 1 - October 31):
National category 1-2 stars: 2 Euros
National category 3 stars: 5 Euros
National category 4 stars: 10 Euros
National category 5 stars: 15 Euros
For stays during low season (November 1 - March 31):
