This luxurious hotel is situated in a prime location on the stunning Cape Sani peninsula. The hotel offers a five-star experience for the whole family, featuring exclusive beaches, high-quality spa facilities, and exquisite dining.

Facilities

The hotel features a spacious lobby with a reception area, elevator, mini-market, jeweler, boutique, main bar, and Wi-Fi (included). There are air-conditioned restaurants, including "Poseidon" (non-smoking) and "The Veranda" (restaurant for adults and children over 12 years old). The beautifully landscaped gardens house the stunning pool area, which includes a separate children's pool, an infinity pool, as well as a family and splash pool (each heated), the "Grill by the Pool" restaurant (à la carte), and the Ammos restaurant located directly on the beach. The Bousoulas Beach Bar offers sandwiches, snacks, and refreshing drinks, and is open for lunch. Parasols, sun loungers, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Junior suites

The junior suites are comfortably furnished with the same amenities as the double rooms, including a seating area. They feature a shower or bathtub/WC, luxury toiletries, hairdryer, satellite TV, minibar, safe, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden views (J2G).
Also bookable with sea views for an additional charge (J2M).

Panorama junior suites with sea view

These luxurious and spacious panorama junior suites all feature a balcony with a direct sea view. The large, floor-to-ceiling windows offer a wonderful view. Amenities include a bathroom with a rain shower or bathtub and WC, exclusive toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes, air conditioning/heating, telephone, flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player, minibar, safe, coffee/tea maker, and Nespresso machine (JPM).

Family suites

The family suites, with otherwise the same amenities, feature tiled floors, a separate bedroom, a living room, a bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks, with garden views (2F1). A balcony with sea views (2FM) is also bookable.
Available for an additional charge with 2 bedrooms in the beach-front type A (ASF) or type B with sea views (B2F).

Deluxe family suite

The one-bedroom deluxe family suite features the same amenities as the standard family suite but includes 2 TVs and is more spacious, with sea views (FDM). Optionally bookable with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 TVs (22L).

Half board/Full board

Breakfast and dinner are served in a buffet style or à la carte with Greek and international specialties. If full board is booked, lunch is also provided in a buffet style or à la carte.
Take advantage of the Dine-Around program! When booking half board/full board, you have the opportunity to enjoy your meals in 12 different restaurants across the Sani Resort, mostly featuring menus created by Michelin-starred chefs. Some restaurants may require an additional surcharge.

Sports for a fee

Diverse and extensive water sports options (PADI diving center, surfing, catamaran sailing, water skiing, parasailing, canoeing, and pedal boats) are available on the beach. Mountain bike rentals, including guided tours, are also available, as well as a tennis center (8 clay courts, 3 with floodlights, equipment rental, and courses). Chelsea Football Academy.
At the Rafa Nadal Tennis Centre (conceived by the legendary Grand Slam tournament winner), tennis programs are available for all skill levels and age groups. The center is open from April to October from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and features 8 clay courts and an outdoor lounge. All training programs are individually tailored to your needs, are of high quality, and are conducted by top coaches certified by the Rafa Nadal Academy. Reservations can be made via the resort's mobile app, at the hotel reception, or via the website.

Children's program

The Kids Club (4–12 years) provides plenty of fun with great activities. For the little ones (6 months to 4 years), there is a loving crèche.
At the Supper Club (4–11 years), children can eat and play together – the perfect evening program for the kids.
Teens between 12 and 17 years old are in the right place at the Ozone Teens Club to experience cool activities and meet new friends.

Destination information: Climate Resilience Tax

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government imposes a climate resilience tax, to be paid by the guest locally, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is tiered from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room.
For stays in the high season (April 1–October 31):

3 star property: 5 euros
4 star property: 10 euros
