Location

The hotel is located directly on the beautiful, gently shelving sand/pebble beach of Acharavi. The center of Acharavi is approximately 300 m away and offers numerous restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities. The city of Corfu and the airport are approximately 39 km away.

Facilities

The small apartment complex consists of a total of 8 residential units, 2 of which are studios and 6 are apartments. All units were renovated in 2023 and feature magnificent sea views.
Bath towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are available to guests free of charge.

Studio Sea View

The tastefully and comfortably furnished studios feature a combined living/sleeping room with a double bed and are equipped with air conditioning, a safe, kitchenette with refrigerator, hairdryer, smart TV, Wi-Fi, shower/WC, and a balcony with a direct sea view (SM2).

Apartment Sea View

The apartments are more spacious and offer a separate bedroom with a double bed while providing the same amenities as the studios (2AM).

Note on climate resilience fee

For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and is scaled from 0.50 euros to 15 euros per day and room as of January 1, 2025.
For stays in the high season April 1 - October 31:
