Location

The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Corfu, bordering the protected Natura ecosystem. The sandy beach is approximately 800 m away and has been awarded the "Blue Flag". The former fishing village of Agios Georgios, with its typical taverns, cafés, and bars, is approximately 200 m away. It is approximately 28 km to Corfu airport.

Facilities

The hotel has a total of 92 rooms and suites spread across several buildings. The reception and the main restaurants "Elia" and "Ammos" are located in the neighboring sister hotel, Sandy Beach (CFU083). Wi-Fi is provided free of charge throughout the entire hotel complex.
The Sandy Villas features an "Oasis" pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols are included at both the pool and the beach.

Superior Double Room Pool View

The comfortable rooms feature a double bed with an additional sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, beach towels, air conditioning (individually adjustable), Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, telephone, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, as well as a balcony or terrace (DSP).
Optionally also bookable for single use (DST).

Superior Double Room Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms, these have direct access to the sharing pool (DWP).

Features the same amenities as the Junior Suite Pool View, plus a separate WC and direct access to the sharing pool (JSW).

Villa Private Pool

The villa features the same amenities as the Superior Double rooms plus 2 bedrooms with 2 separate living rooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a furnished balcony with sun loungers and a private pool (2IO).

Breakfast is offered from 7:00–10:00 am in the main restaurant "Elia" and 7:30–11:00 am in the "Ammos" restaurant, both buffet-style; lunch in "Elia" from 12:30–2:30 pm and in "Ammos" from 1:00–4:00 pm, also buffet-style.
Dinner from 6:30–9:30 pm in "Elia" buffet-style. Optionally, dinner can also be taken at one of the à la carte restaurants "Il Gusto", "Ammos", and "Gyros" in the Sandy Beach (CFU083) (2x per minimum stay of 7 nights, reservation required).
The following drinks are included with meals: hot drinks (filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino, tea, and hot chocolate), draft beer, house wine, as well as soft drinks and a selection of juices.
Snacks are offered from 12:00–5:00 pm at the snack corner, as well as ice cream at the Gelateria (for a fee) from 12:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
Local and international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included according to the AI menu from 10:00 am to midnight at the respective open bar.

Destination information Climate Resilience Fee

For stays starting from January 1, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, is scaled from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euros per day and room.
