Location

The "Aváli, Mar-Bella Collection" hotel, newly opened in summer 2025 by the renowned Mar-Bella hotel chain, promises luxurious 5-star comfort and offers varied and relaxing holiday experiences for guests of all ages with its direct beach location. Situated amidst the lush nature of Agios Ioannis Peristeron, on the picturesque southeast coast of Corfu, it offers breathtaking views of the crystal-clear sea. The beach section belonging to the hotel chain is only 300 meters away and invites you to swim and relax with its sand and pebble beach (water shoes recommended). Its central location allows for convenient travel, as the airport and the charming old town of Corfu are reachable within approx. 15 km.

Facilities

The hotel, newly built and opened for summer 2025, features only 76 rooms and offers a spacious lobby with 24-hour reception, the main restaurant "Zardini" with international buffet meals, the à-la-carte restaurant "Stia" with grilled specialties, and two bars. High-speed Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire hotel complex.
In the outdoor area, you will find the spacious freshwater infinity pool and a cozy pool bar. Comfortable sun loungers as well as parasols and cabanas are available free of charge in the garden area.
The public facilities of the three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230, adults only), and Avali (CFU132) can be used interchangeably (age restrictions must be observed).
Guests can also make use of the total of nine buffet and à-la-carte restaurants as part of the Dine-Around program (partially for a fee, for details see meal information).
A complimentary shuttle service is offered between the hotels.

Double Room Grand Balcony

The high-quality furnished double rooms feature a queen-size bed, a semi-open bathroom with a rain shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" Smart TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival), and electric kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), as well as a balcony furnished with 2 lounge chairs or a sofa and a table, facing the land side (D).
Also available for single use (DE) or as a Deluxe Double Room Sea View with a standard balcony (DDM).

Deluxe Double Room "Rooftop"

The stylish Deluxe double rooms offer the same basic amenities but are slightly more spacious and feature a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, as well as a covered rooftop terrace furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table with a land view (DD2).
Optionally also bookable with a front sea view (2RA).

Deluxe Double Room Front Sea View

The rooms feature a king-size bed and an additional sofa bed, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival), and electric kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), as well as a balcony furnished with a daybed, lounge chairs, and a table with a front sea view (OM2).
Optionally also bookable for single use (OM1).

Deluxe Double Room Private Pool Front Sea View

With identical basic amenities to the Deluxe Double Room "Rooftop" front sea view, these double rooms additionally offer a private infinity pool (ML2).
The private pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please pay special attention to your children when using this area and behave cautiously.

The spacious junior suites feature a king-size bed and a sofa bed for the 3rd person, bathroom with rain shower/WC, hairdryer, vanity mirror and toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, full-length mirror, 50" satellite TV, air conditioning, telephone, safe, minibar (stocked upon arrival), and electric kettle, Nespresso capsule machine (daily refill included), as well as a balcony furnished with a daybed, 2 lounge chairs, and a table with side sea view (J2S).
Optionally also bookable as a "Rooftop" Junior Suite (RTO), which offers a spacious, covered rooftop terrace. This is equipped with two lounge chairs, a hanging chair, and a table, and features a breathtaking front view of the sea.

Junior Suite Panorama Sea View

The Greek Chefs Abroad series returns for the sixth time, with the 2026 theme being "From Tradition to Table". The focus: top Greek chefs with international experience who reinterpret their culinary roots in a modern form. The events will take place in the summer of 2026 at the Nido and Avali hotels.

June 13th at Avali
Katerina Milakis opens the series with the authentic cuisine of Evi Evane from Paris.
June 20th at Nido
Kostas Papathanasiou from Frantzén in Stockholm presents a precise, internationally influenced fine-dining cuisine.
July 25th at Nido
Nikos Roussos, top chef at Funky Gourmet in Athens, concludes the series with modern, avant-garde top-tier Greek cuisine.

In the main restaurant "Zardini", breakfast is served from 7-11 am, lunch from 1-3 pm, and dinner from 7-9:30 pm as a rich buffet with a diverse selection of international and Mediterranean dishes.
Alternatively, breakfast and dinner can also be enjoyed in one of the à-la-carte restaurants (reservation required, dinner 3x weekly for a minimum stay of 7 nights).
From 2026, a wide selection of à-la-carte snacks as well as unlimited ice cream will be available at the pool bar from 12-6 pm.
A wide selection of international and national alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as cocktails is included daily from 10 am to midnight at the currently open bar.

Dine-Around Program

The culinary offering of the Dine-Around program ensures a culinary journey of a special kind, allowing guests to dine in the participating buffet and à-la-carte restaurants of all three sister hotels MarBella (CFU100), Nido (CFU230), and Avali (CFU132) depending on the length of stay:

Note Climate Resilience Fee

For stays from January 1st, 2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount depends on the type/category of the accommodation and has been tiered from 0.50 Euro to 15 Euro per day and room since January 1st, 2025.
