Location

The beautiful hotel complex is located in Agios Ioannis, directly on the hotel's private sandy/pebble beach. The center with numerous shopping and entertainment options is about 3 km away. A bus stop, various restaurants, and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the airport is approximately 16 km.

Facilities

The hotel has a total of 18 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi, TV area, restaurant with terrace, bar, and parking facilities. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with sun terrace and a pool bar. Sun umbrellas and loungers are provided free of charge by the pool; they are available for a fee at the beach.

Note on climate resilience levy

For stays from 01/01/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which is payable by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, from 01/01/2025, will be tiered from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day and room.
