The family-run Hotel Athina is located in Agios Stefanos, between the villages of Avliotes and Arillas. The sandy/pebble beach is only approx. 50 m away. Shopping and entertainment options can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is reachable in approx. 40 km.

Facilities

The family-friendly complex is a Schauinsland-Reisen Original and features 73 rooms in two buildings, a lobby with 24-hour reception, a restaurant, and a bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a large swimming pool with a separate baby pool and sun terrace. Sun loungers and parasols are included at the pool; they are available for a fee at the beach.

The Double room Deluxe sea view are located in the building newly constructed in 2025 and are modernly equipped with a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, 50" smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (replenished daily) and Nespresso machine (with 4 capsules daily), a daily bottle of water, as well as a furnished balcony with sea view (DDM/MDI).
Optionally also bookable for single use (DM1).

The Junior suites are located in the building newly constructed in 2025, are modernly furnished, and feature a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, a combined living/sleeping area, air conditioning, 50" smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (replenished daily) and Nespresso machine (with 4 capsules daily), a daily bottle of water, as well as a furnished balcony with sea view (J2M).

Junior suite sea view sharing pool

The Junior suites, built and modernly furnished in summer 2023, feature a combined living/sleeping area, a bathroom with walk-in shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, 50" smart satellite TV, telephone, safe, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station (replenished daily) and Nespresso machine (with 4 capsules daily), a daily bottle of water, as well as a furnished terrace with direct access to the sharing pool (J2H/W2).

Suite private pool sea view

The suites with private pool consist of two bedrooms separated by a sliding door, two bathrooms, and a combined living/sleeping area. With the same amenities as the Junior suites sea view, the suites offer an outdoor terrace with a private pool (IP2).
The suites can be booked with either breakfast or half board.

Note regarding climate resilience fee

For stays starting from 1/1/2018, the Greek government levies a climate resilience fee, which must be paid by the guest on-site, comparable to a tourist tax.
The amount is based on the type/category of accommodation and is staggered from 1/1/2025 between 0.50 Euro and 15 Euro per day and room.
